Buying a car is already a process on its own. Buying a 20-year-old exotic sight unseen is something else entirely; when I saw my 2002 Maserati Coupé Cambiocorsa being unloaded, I knew immediately I made the right choice in working with Van Horn. From first inquiry to final documentation, everything went about as smoothly as you can possibly wish for. Jacob and the team made the buying process a breeze and helped guide me through every step of the way, making this one of the best buying experiences I’ve had to date! They were all patient and attentive, excellent in communicating, and beyond helpful in working through the distance between us to get me into the car I wanted. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, these folks will do right by you. From someone that works in the industry, I know how frustrating and convoluted car buying can be, but Jacob and his team worked to ensure this process went without a hitch, so consider me very satisfied. Props to these folks for doing it right!

I have just recently purchased a used Fiat 500 Abarth from Van Horn Alfa Romeo-FIAT. I would have to say it was one my best purchase experiences. The website user interface made it very easy to review available inventory and to get pre-approved as well. Austin Carroll was the salesman I worked with on this purchase. I am glad he kept in touch with me on this car to see if I was still interested. But at no time was I pressured to purchase. Nick Goblirsch in finance made the financing process easy. All paperwork was mailed to me, signed and sent back so all I needed to do was show up, review the vehicle and drive away.
Austin picked me up from the airport, bought me a Starbucks and let me spend as long as I wanted reviewing the car. Any issues I found with the car were addressed. The dealership itself is one of the nicest I have visited. I drove the car back home over 280 miles with no issues, great car, great people at this dealership, easy process and terrific product.
After this experience I will plan to purchase my next Alfa-Romeo from them as well. If your in the market for any vehicle purchase I would recommend giving Van Horn, Austin and Nick a try. I have no reservations buying online from them again.

Great experience at Van Horn. Tom was very professional and answered every question we had about the used Jeep Cherokee we purchased from them. He also took us around the facility and introduced us to the other employees and who we would contact if we ever had an issue. Finance was great, professional and answered all our questions. The vehicle was nicely detailed and looked very clean. Great service and we plan on purchasing our next vehicle from Van Horn in Davenport sometime in 2022. If you’re looking for a new Fiat or a used vehicle, I strongly suggest stopping by Van Horn in Davenport. The dealership can be seen from I80, but you need to go through Mt. Joy to get there. These guys, Val, Jacob,& Nick were super to work with. Stressed after totaling my car and unable to find what I wanted locally, I took a chance and bought this car online. The guys were very thorough and polite and patient with all of my questions. They always took my calls or called me right back. Jacob sent me a professional personalized walk around video of the car pointing out all the things I had inquired about and more. Nick made the paperwork very simple and orderly. While shipping presented a few challenges, Val assured me he would take care of it and he did just that. I am grateful and highly recommend them!

Walked in knowing what car I wanted, upon being greeted they asked how they could help so I told them what I was in for and they helped me with exactly that. Never pushed or even spoke of any other vehicle on their lot. Very understanding of what I wanted and pursued my wishes swiftly and with ease. No arguments, no pushing of extras, no fuss. I started the process online with Rachel. She responded to me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions and set me up with Tom for an appointment. I was early to the dealership and was greeted in a pleasant professional manner. Tom was with another customer so Nick took me on a test drive and then we started the purchase process. Tom was able to meet up with me to finish the paperwork process. Although my time from arriving at the dealership to completion of the purchase was just a little over an hour I was treated very well and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I live in NE TN. I've been hunting for a Jaguar XKR for about 10 years. When I bought the vehicle, the dealership was having a hard time finding a shipping company so I asked to hire my own which they allowed. I wasn't having any luck either so I ended up driving cross country to pickup the car. Jacob and the team there were very patient and easy to work with. I cant stress enough how accommodating they were. Their fees are some of the lowest I've ever seen and the speed and efficiency of the finance department was incredible. My only wish is that they had a dealership closer to where I live because I would be a lifelong customer! Thanks again for everything.

Michael Morgan is a wonderful salesman. Answered all of my questions about the vehicle I was looking at. He went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable in the showroom. In fact everyone that I came in contact with was very polite and courteous.

We came to the dealership to purchase a ram truck. We had scheduled a time to look everything over with Tom. He took every effort to work around our tight schedule. Tom was very pleasant to work with. We noticed a couple of minor issues with the exterior of the truck and he did his best to have those issues taken care of.
