Update: it is still a delightful place to shop. It is fun to peruse the different types of teas and coffees and sweet treats and savory snacks.
It's always a treat to travel here and explore. I have given the mixed nuts in a can, Castania brand, and people love them!

Fun neighborhood grocery store perfect for small farms with in season produce (small scale). Awesome for those that cook Middle Eastern cuisine & easy grab and go for dinner and snacks. Helpful and kind! Thank you!!

I love this place because it has a very good variety of Mediterranean groceries (specially halal meat and Mediterranean fruits). The owner is a very nice and cordial man who is always helpful. I also believe the prices for many items in this store are less than other Mediterranean stores in the area that I have been too. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in Mediterranean groceries

The Mediterranean Grocery is small, but has the spices and other things I need for certain dishes such as Ras-El-Hanout, Zataar, and so much more. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful.

I like the variety of this place. I bought fresh dates and fresh Lebanese bread. I spent time in Saudi so the food here brings back good food memories.

This is the best place to get great groceries. We had been looking for a spot to get fava beans, grape leaves, bastarma, and fresh pita, this is it! (Sincere apologies for any misspellings of the foods)

I live in North Dakota and was thrilled to find this place. The owner was very kind and he was very helpful with all of my questions. I am getting a load to take back to North Dakota with me! It is time to channel my grandmother and make my family a Lebanese meal once again. I'll be back each time I am in Omaha visiting.

Fantastic selection very thoughtfully chosen, reasonable prices with sales once in a while on some items (ask for it), supplies seasonal fruits and vegetables you hardly can find anywhere else. The owner mentioned he is living in the midwest for over 20 years now. He is super friendly, genuinely looks after the customers, ”the old fashioned way” you cannot find anywhere else anymore nowadays.
Fair warning! You’ll go in as a customer and leave as a friend!
The staffs and aids are super friendly as well. Very well done!

We love this store! Even though we don't go as often as I'd like, the owner always remembers us and is so friendly and willing to suggest ingredients and recipes. The homemade tzatziki sauce is great, and he always sends me away with a little something for my daughters.

If you're looking for any specific Mediterranean spice, food, or confection this is your spot. Very friendly, even to this local yokel who had no idea exactly what he was looking for. The Sour Cherry Turkish Delight was my takeaway, and I couldn't be more delighted if I were actually Turkish.

Great little shop, they had everything I wanted, from şalgam to caj mali. Will be back for sure. They have some great hard-to-find produce too!

The owner of this store is genuine. Store is very clean, all products are neatly designed, food is delicious. We always feel great when we shop there. We drive 100 miles away from Sioux city and it's worth every mile!

Very happy! Great store very helpful staff and owner I went in today to get dried roses for making bath salt and they had them! There is so much wonderful inventory here from lots of places in the Mediterranean. Fresh produce fruit and veggies this place is awesome can't wait to go back for groceries! I love this store. They are always warm and welcoming. Their hospitality and knowledge of all their products isn't something you find in a regular grocery store. I've even gotten cooking advice, which I need. The only thing that would make it better is if I lived closer! I definitely recommend them.

We shop there 4-5 times a year to get our Mediterranean faves. Recommended to get your teas, spices, oils, stuffed grape leaves, feta, yogurt, lamb, and other halal products. Pick up a bag of candied Jordan almonds too! I’ll be going there again to get whole fat yogurt for making labneh. Great hospitality; the owner will help you find what you need. Everything is affordable, so get extras to try!
