Harris Teeter

This is my go to place for sub sandwiches…especially if India is making them. She’s an artist at work on the subs and she’s extremely kind to her customers and staff. She pays attention to detail while asking your choice of toppings, bread, cheeses etc.Tica was helping everyone at self checkout with a smile. Jeremy was also helpful in the seafood 🦞 department. The prices increase so fast. The $5 watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple cut daily are now $7 ($6.99) instead. Matthew made me an outstanding sub in the deli…he’s extremely kind as well. Best of all , I earned enough sub club points to get a free sub!

Today an employee at the self checkout very kindly greeted me and helped me get a discount on some items. Will be signing up for a shopper’s card.

Some of the deals they have are pretty good, but I don't usually shop there.

Will definitely be checking it out more often.

Harris Teeter is always consistent and this location is great! Shelves are consistently stocked and the selection of products is fantastic. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist, bathrooms are clean and the pharmacy staff are kind and helpful.

Frequently shop here for the last 6 years or so. Great store, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well kept and they always have great sales to help you save a little bit of money. Highly recommend this store.

Good, clean location. Usually well stocked and good customer service. If you don't like self checkout you may not like it because the wait for a register is typically long. Produce is fresh and looks good always.

Whenever I come here, I always get served well.

I really enjoy Jare a lot, contrary to a disparaging and overly critical remark another customer made about him...Cut the young man some slack!!

Clean well stocked love that I can use my Kroger plus card. The self check out if ao much faster than Kroger!

The bakery earned my 5 star review. I ordered my daughter's first birthday cake online but didn't register for the free smash cake in time. I told my husband to just buy a small cake when he picked up our ordered cake. We had too much going on to worry about it. When he got there, the cake we ordered looked beautiful AND she had a smash cake waiting for us and cupcakes. She said she knew it was her first birthday from the words and decoration on the cake so she got everything together and had it for our pick up, which was right on time. I was honestly shocked. No one does that anymore. My husband didn't know the bakers name but said she had a French accent. I feel completely different about Harris Teeter as a whole after this experience. Thank you for making my daughter's first birthday extra special!

Great store. Love the produce section. They have a sushi chef that will make it for you to order (all to go). Great deli, butcher section with higher quality meats you can find. It's a little pricier than other stores, but the quality can't be beat.

I just used the online shopping for the first time today and I was MORE than pleased. My packages were packed with care, all the items were there, and, when they were out of the store brand (which I had chosen), they substituted a national brand at no extra cost. Anita, my personal shopper, was polite and provided wonderful service in the freezing cold.

If anyone was thinking about using that service, I recommend this store and the service!

Dec 2019 UPDATE: I moved my pharmacy items to this HT and the service has been OUTSTANDING!

Went for swordfish steaks on sale to the HT at the courthouse. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had run out but had searched in back for some with no luck. I then went to HT on Ferrell pkwy. The guys at the seafood dept were not as friendly and seemed bothered to look in back for more after I had to ask them. Even the cashier seemed very stale. I have always had great service at any HT I've been to. I won't be going to Ferrell pkwy store again.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I like that they do their best to help out and do so with a smile on their face. The selection of products is also really good. I love that most of them have a Starbucks inside the store, which is very convenient.

I love ALL Harris Teeters since 1999! I am impressed with their consistency in serving their community. Two thumbs up. They carry many products others do not offer.

Great! The produce and deli guys were awesome. The deli guy brought me a bigger basket and helped moved my groceries over. And I was still in the fruits and veggies aisle.

Hands down best Harris Teeter I've ever stepped foot in. Certain produce wasnt in best shape but everyone was very kind and friendly. Quickly offering assistance to find the best item. Customer service quality and care has gone down throughout the years and my faith in humanity has been restored the girl who checked me out was so great, she had just started working. As I left workers blessed my evening. Wow. ✊ God bless all you lovely people who work at this location in Virginia beach. I'll be back next week!

It has the most brands I prefer to buy. Store is clean and we'll laid out. Friendly pharmacy staff and checkout personnel. Meat Dept makes their own special hamburger patties which are good tasting.

Very nice store,clean,and well stocked.Had the opportunity to speak with assistant manager Tammy Scott's she was very pleasant and Knowledgeable of where to find several items,Nice Lady !!!

Clean and well stocked. Cashier was very friendly. Having a Starbucks in the store is a great perk. I will definitely be returning.
