I had the opportunity to experience customer service at its finest. Gabby and Hayley were super helpful in providing me insight on what gaming device to get my son and how to build his system. I witnessed both girls deal with different customers while I was in the store (it was very busy because it was right after Christmas) and I was amazed and how they dealt with the customers. Highly recommend this GameStop location!

Changing rating from 1 star to 5, the doors were locked at 5:30 and the store closes at 6 pm. Sign was left “out to lunch “.

I figured someone was just screwing off but doors opened guy who helped me was awesome, got my game and more then expected on trade in store credit.

I bought game’s in store and super friendly people working there. Just now i had a technical platform sharing question and was super thankful that Giovani was absolutely knowledgeable about my question and was able to answer it immediately, and politely.Thanks Giovani for taking the time to help. Id spent ten minutes googling my question with no luck. Your the best!!

I had a great experience here. The hairdresser I got was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed right away. She did a great job on my hair and I will definitely continue to use her in the future.

Ordered my Oculus quest 2 from there and was going to pick it up but was running a little bit behind my GPS had me getting there at about 9:03 and I knew they close at 9:00 I called ahead and spoke to the gentleman that was working and he let me know that he would stay a couple of extra minutes to allow me to make it in to pick up my Oculus and when I got there to pick it up he was very nice and I just really appreciate going the extra mile for me

The staff at this location are really cool. They answer questions and even help you find things. Will go to this specific location again

Clean and neat location, easily accessible parking. The store had a wide selection of old and new games. I was looking for a pre-owned Wii game and was able to find exactly what I wanted. I only bought pre-owned games, but they were competitively priced. It was the day before Christmas Eve and it was late in the evening, but the employees were still very friendly and helpful. The guy who checked me out was really nice and even switched out cases, giving me a better looking one as I was giving it as a gift. He carried on a conversation with me and seemed genuinely interested even after I had finished checking out.

I know people have issues with the way they conduct business (when it comes to buying back games, consoles, and other odds and ends. But I have to say, the selection and the customer service at the 168th and maple location is extremely satisfying.

This staff has extreme knowledge of all games and accessories! They promote bundles and monthly events in a proper manner and treat every gamer/customer with the utmost respect. Thank you so much!

Sometimes it can be helpful to have a guide through console game land. This particular store has always had helpful staff - especially through tough covid times- and so I give it five stars.

This is my sons favorite place to shop. This store has a great selection of new and used game to choose from. Always very busy and could use additional team members to assist customers.
