Bath & Body Works

This store opened up about a year ago and I have visited probably once a month since they opened. It is always well stocked and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. If you need helping finding a product or scent they will happily help you out. The store gets busy at times but the employees always seem happy to be there and seem to truly enjoy their job. I will say this is probably my favorite bath and body location! Keep up the great work!

*Layout & Design*
The layout is cohesive and allows space for guests to walk around without bumping into one another. There is ledged seating near the windows for guests who bring friends or family who may not want to stop & smell every scent. The men's section is very large compared to most stores I've been to. I love that this store has the sink located in the middle so folks can easily access it. The decor is tasteful without being overwhelming in a way that distracts from the packaging/displays of the products.

*Product Displays*
The products themselves are stored in containers (glass jars, etc) that are on trend with 2022 aesthetics.

*Staff*
The staff was super friendly and the song choices were on point👌 I have been able to ask questions about different sales, combining coupons, and always get an answer.

*Rewards Program*
Our area is finally part of the Bath & Body Works Rewards program. It is free to join, and ALL of your purchases are captured and reflect as points. When you earn 1000 points, you will qualify for a free item of your choice up to $16 in value. You also can stack coupons (20% off an item, free body care item with purchase, etc) in the Bath & Body Works app. There are also special sales that only members can access.

*Products*
I buy wallflowers, wallflower plugs, car scents, candles (3 and single wicks), and hand soap. I am always pleased with what I buy. If you don't vibe with a scent, you are always welcome to return or exchange it. Don't be a jerk and return an empty product.

Nice little store, I went later in the eve and they weren't very busy, but they didn't have someone following me around asking me if I was OK, haha, that's important to me! The cashier was very nice and showed me all of the 50% off items (peoples returns after purchasing online - usually they don't like the smell) i purchased one of the candles... mmmmm 🤌 *Chefs kiss* score for me 😁

I am a frequent patron. They really include many options for bath and body. Helpful and attentive staff. Fragrances vary so patrons are pleased. I use discounts and perks if possible.

I love this store. It's beautiful inside, always fun to walk through, even if you're just picking up an online order. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This store is my happy place. To the hiring manager, OUTSTANDING job. You hire the nicest people I have ever seen. Wish I could give you a hundred stars, just on your staff.

I absolutely love this store! The inside of the store has plenty of room to move around, and there's always a salesperson willing to help you, and tell you what items you can use your coupons for!

Just went in to redeem a free candle coupon, and the experience was great! The employees were very kind and helpful. I usually don’t like being in a B&BW for too long due to the very strong smells, but this store didn’t smell very strong at all, which just made the experience better for me. I would definitely recommend this store!

AmyJo is SO knowledgeable and personable m, down to earth, and just a really great person.I always hope she’s working when I come in. She’s an asset to the team, and I hope she’s treated as such by the company.

Love this location! Been to a few locations and honestly would not consider any of them handicap friendly. Everything in other locations is to crammed to close together. This one is more spread out, open and easy to navigate. This will be my new go to location! Thank you
