Tyler helped me checkout and at first my $5.00 cash rewards didn’t work. He fixed it so it would work which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Those are the kind of customer care people you need to work for your stores. They are helpful and caring. No how to take care of the customer.

This Kohls is always organized and I am able to easily shop when coming in. They also have the ability to take Amazon returns inside the store which is really handy. I have dealt with customer service in this store and have had no issues. The employees are all nice and friendly.

Had to give Karen a shout out for such great customer service! Didn't know I had a "special" 40% off coupon in my email, and she told me to check and she saved me even more money! Then when I couldn't get signed into my account, she was so patient and helped me and there was another $20 off! Kohls needs more employees like Karen!

Great values and employees were really friendly and helpful. Sales associate helped me with coupons and setting up to get offers from Kohl's. Merchandise was reasonable and top quality. I will definitely be a return customer.

Very clean store. I found the shirt in my size, B&T, that I wanted Super friendly clerk at checkout. Very pleased with the result. Left with a smile on my face. Made my wife happy too.

Even though the store was busy, I did not have to wait very long at all in the checkout, and then the sales person was so friendly and personable even though all the other stores I visited that day, they were grouchy and overworked.

Great assistance by cashier TERRE. Had trouble Lifting my heavy box thinking I could carry it to my car. Terre ran to my assistance after almost falling. Then sweetly asked if she could get someone to assist me to my car. Beautiful LADY!!

I only go there to return my Amazon packages, but I get a 20% coupon, and I walk out every time with something. Smart move on Kohl's end.
