This is how business should be done! These people were friendly and did just as they said they would do. My son called they gave him the price and put the game back for him so when we walked in all we had to do was give them his name .They gave us the game for the price they gave us over the phone and they were very kind and the place felt welcoming. They will be getting more of our buisness, Thanks guys!

This game stop has super friendly people. Usually I can find what I want in stock there. If you don't have it they can order it for you. Very clean store. Very professional staff. Go check them out if you haven't

Best gamestop ever there is one employee there that is extremely helpful in all areas I don't remember his name but he has walking dead tattoos my favorite person in there keep up the great work dude

Knowledgeable staff great prices found some new games marked down for myself and the kids, got a new controller that was decently priced and works good, I also enjoy that they gave plushies and toys there, my nephew loves getting characters from there so whenever I go in I can just grab him something, I think there is something for everyone here

Man, these guys are awesome. No pressure like I'm used to at most other GameStops. Just popped in to check around the clearance and they greeted me warmly and we talked. It was really nice. I'm so used to feeling harassed when I walk in to GameStop but this was completely different. Don't get me wrong, corporate overlords, they made sure to cover the sales basics, it just didn't feel like it was forced. That takes practice! I'm impressed when a salesperson can smoothly work in the required topics. Plus they kid around, treating us like real people, not just walking wallets who only take in game related media. Good on y'all. And hopefully Jimmy will get the scheduling worked out.

I went in because the restaurant next door was really hot and it was hot outside. I had my son with me too. Mainly went in to cool off but the staff was so friendly i ended up leaving with a game. Good deals and friendly folks

I enjoy coming here every time I am in Fort Smith. They have a great selection of new and pre-owned games. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. Speaking of the staff, they will go above and beyond what they need to do to help you. Even when the store is busy, they will help you find out when something you are looking for will be released if it hasn't been yet.

Went in side to check up on a few things to see if they had or could get an a guy walked in an asked about the ps4 pro he was on Xbox one but didn't like it I told him if he had a 4k TV then the pro was the way to go the guy thought I worked there but I was just a costumer did a better job then the guy working there but Jackie she is alsome an didn't say a word about me making the sell for him great place to go get a ps4 pro tell them cleason sent you

great staff! very informative, patient and helpfull ,. i also recommend joining their"elite membership" @$30. a year,.. it saves you 20% on all used goodies along with many other awesome perks!! well worth it, i bought 1 used game and instantly saved $10 bucks! 2 more games and ill break even just on the cost of the membership alone! not to mention the savings difference from the ability to buy the game used vrs new..sure i suggest to shop around and always keep youre eyes open for better values, but this place does offer their time to work with you and they also encourage a good shopping value too..for me, i believe it was one of the best experiences ive had shopping out here in fort smith yet..thank you "Game Stop"

After being treated very poorly at the Gamestop off Zero st. went over too Rogers Ave where Austin and Jackie helped us with outstanding customer service! made it fun being in there and very welcoming. Jackie did an excellent job training and staying in positive attitude whole time while still taking care of customer. highly recommend this Gamestop!!!

I came in to get a game and they were sold out. The staff offered to check and call the other stores for me. They had the other store reserve a copy for me. The clerk's were both very passionate about the products and were extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for.

Love these folks. Always patient with my boy and take the time to answer allllllllll of his questions.

Good selection. Staff cool. Wish they had more sq ft. Good place for deals. Trades are so-so.
