My husband & I got our flu & covid boosters at your location this morning! In the prescription department which was a delight to deal with, we encountered a young woman named Maggie Davis, who is one of the technicians.

WHAT a wonderful, engaging, congenial person she is. So I felt the need to warn you that if some business owner comes in & needs an employee, she will be hired on the spot. Even if they don't NEED an employee, she will be hired on the spot. You better give her a BIG raise - not only is she a competent, nay a skilled technician, she makes getting a shot a lot of fun! And, let's face it, that's not easy to do!!

Every year we come to get our flu shots at this Walgreens. Mrs.Theresa Dang has done them except one year and is always the most patient with us. My daughter gets anxious and it usually takes some time and a whole lot of patience, Theresa is always so wonderful and caring through the whole process. We appreciate her, even in taking the almost hour we were there today just for the shot, it’s always worth it. We thank you Theresa!

This walgreens is very good for basic to intermediate medical things. They have little bit of everything. Though their some of the employees need some manners training otherwise they all are compitent and get your job done quickly. Their pharmacy is excellent. Good communication on refils and they even contact your doctors to get your preciption refilled. I have been using walgreens for at least half a decade and i never had any complaints.

So crazy to see Alcohol sold at a Walgreens (we are from Colorado). Just wish you could use Walgreens cash lol. Otherwise we got what we needed and found a couple nice clearance items.

This store is awesome I use them for everything! Also Krista and John G. are lifesavers. Awesome customer service!!

Great employees very good customer service

(This review is for the store, not the pharmacy) If you’ve been to one Walgreens, you’ve been to most Walgreens. The selection is generally the same, unless you’re in a beach town or something; they offer more water sports items. The reason for the 4 star is because they were out of a few 20oz items in the wall cooler/front cooler. I could see them through the door, in the back, but no one had filled the shelf. I didn’t ask the person working to get me one because she was working the register. I just grabbed something else.

This store definitely is the best Walgreens to visit in Fort Smith, it doesn’t look like a total dump like the ones on Zero street and the other side of Rogers by Northside. The employees also at least act like they want to help you, I haven’t used their pharmacy in some time because of my health insurance but if you’re just shopping in the retail side I suggest coming in this store.

I don't shop at Walgreens very often because they are to expensive compared to Walmart pharmacy. I go there if I want in and out quickly.

Dirtiest bathrooms that I have ever seen in a Walgreens, the store itself seemed fine

I was at Walgreens this morning and upon
Checking out I said good morning and the young girl never even acknowledged me. There was another clerk also there and they continued talking to each other. I used my bank card to check out and 3 times I had to resubmit the transaction because she was not paying attention to my payment method. As a customer I felt very ignored.

My mom started getting her medicine delivered here in 2017 there's some nice workers and there's some rude worker like for instance this one worker is always so rude I always forget to look at her name tag thing but when we go there she's always giving her problems my mom did nothing to her and sometimes she tries to tell my mom that she can't get her medicine today or she has to wait till next week and we live 2 hours away So we drive 2 hours To get her medicine And then she does this and makes us call the manager or whoever runs this thing for no reason I don't get it .

Use this place on limited basis. Not competition driven.
