Great prices, and a Fast check out. The line was long but it went very fast. I got a pullover jacket, 2 shirts, 2 small dog coats a few dog toys and dog dish. Bought myself 2 pairs of jeans 1 shirt, my son got 6 shirts and 4 shorts, bought face cream and 2 bracelets all cost around $200

Ran in to get a shirt. The customer service was great! Two on the floor were very helpful. Two cashiers were checking customers out. They were super nice to the few customers in front of me. The store looked like other Ross I've visited. Overall, it was a good experience.

Love this place! You can find great deals and it helps when you have a large family to buy for!

Oh, if i could give this place 10 stars, i would!!! First time ever and i mean ever did i feel like a normal human being-a shopper. You see, in california, you walk into this store a loss prevention person greets you with a phrase:" welcome to ross!" and that instant minute you are doomed and feel like you are paralized. He or she will watch your every move, walk and gesture. The feeling of:" im not stealing im here to buy" is trying to get out of you. You start looking around feeling 5 tons of pressure on you. You look around realizing you are being watched and make sudden moves trying to prove a point you are not a thief. On your way out you better off keeping your hands out of pockets otherwise you will bring that mean look of loss prevention person home with you. You might think its funny, but it is true, it is normal in california state and its sad. sometmes i debate wether i should drive 1800 miles to shop at this store relaxed and with confidence or take a half hour walk of humiliation at any store in california and i rather drive 1800 miles.

It's a great place to find the something different. The employees are always nice. Returns are pretty easy. The dressing rooms don't scare you away. I always find something great . One of the best shopping experiences of my life

I’ve came to ross a lot lately and there is always the same cashier working on register 1 usually on the weekdays, Her name tag says Belinda, she’s always super polite, greets me, hands me my change and wishes me a good day and thanks me for shopping there every time I’m there. Definitely a good associate. Will be coming back!!!

Love this store. Especially at Christmas time. I bought nice toys for all my grandkids for under $100, wall decor, gardening, fashion, Great styles, at amazing prices. I go as often as I can.
