Rally House Liberty

The Rally House Liberty store is so convenient to me. It has a good variety of items to choose from. I found a Super Bowl shirt that was 3/4 sleeve and it was very nice. Customer service people are always helpful and friendly

Spoke to Ashlee on the phone, first. She was very nice. Had no idea Store was in (LIBERTY). Was looking for a CHIEFS Super Bowl HAT. So she said "GREAT" day to call, because they were having huge sale. Was expecting to pay $45.00 for a hat. Ashlee was (AWESOME), with a GREAT SMILE. Ended up with the exact hat I wanted, as well as t-shirt I wanted & was able to get my Nurse a top as well. And ended up spending around &47.00+ tax for everything!!! I GIVE AT LEAST A 10 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RATING TO HER & MY Experience THAT DAY... SO THANK YOU ALL ( VERY IMPRESSED) so was my nurse!!!

I wish I could remember the young man's name who helped me. While walking into the store I was immediately asked if I needed any help. I told the young man what I needed I was looking for a Kansas City Chiefs ball cap for my niece and he directed me to the right area helped me pick it out. This young man was great! I will definitely return to the Liberty Rally House!

I went to your Liberty MO store with the intention of buying some Chiefs decals to make Christmas gifts for my friends. I remembered that I had a 20% off birthday coupon to use. After talking with and joking with your sales staff they convinced me to spend some money on myself for once because I was worth it. So I bought a nice, warm pair of Chiefs lounge pants to wear during the next game. And they were right, it's okay to splurge on myself once in awhile. Thanks guys.

I could get lost in RH for hours looking at all the stuff!!! It's a little pricey but our KC teams are worth it!!

2023 update: My favorite place to visit when the Chiefs are in the playoffs. The store is electric with the sound of happy fans, buying their new items in celebration 🎊🎉 I Iove how Really House adjusts their hours after big victories so people can buy new swag.

2022 update: Great selection of women's hats. I bought a super cute '47 Royals hat with gold embroidered crowns on it. Wonderful selection of KC items, including the KC Scouts hockey team 🏒 Love coming here.

Original review: Nice staff. I visited during the middle of a reorganization of the store so it felt a bit chaotic BUT the associates I talked to were able to help me find a specific shirt I was looking for to do an exchange for a different size. The exchange process was easy since I had the original tags and my receipt. I'm so happy there's a Rally House here!

I wish I can give them more stars! The store clerk is truly MVP! I walked in they instantly greeted me. I came in looking for a specific royals jersey they went through all the jerseys they had until they found the one I was looking for! Truly made my day!

Excellent merchandise store in Liberty. Randomly looked for a store for some Kansas City area merchandise and came across this store.

It had all I needed, was easily accessible and the staff was helpful. Prices were appropriate as well.

I always enjoy shopping in this store. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. If they haven't had what I was looking for, they have helped me try to locate it. It's that ways at most all of the Rally House locations I frequent. Thanks!

Very helpful staff and the selection was great. When I asked about an item they didn’t have they went straight to work trying to find it for me

I came to the Liberty location for an online order after having issues at a different location. I will come to this store from now on for my sports gear. I live 40 minutes away and work next door to the Independence location and would rather come to this store. Oh and if Joc wants a new career he can come see me because his customer service was top notch.

Saturday the young man at the register forgot to put a key chain that my daughter picked out for my husband for Christmas in the bag and charged me. I went back to the store to get it a couple days later and there was miscommunication that caused me to be upset. The owner and manger went out of their way to make it right and I was able to get the keychain in time for Christmas. I know it was just a key chain but it was important to my 8 year old. I really do appreciate the effort that was made. Merry Christmas!

Aly, Josie, and Geona were all super friendly and helpful! They all seemed to really enjoy there jobs there and it made the whole shopping experience better. Aly helped me find a great chiefs hoodie for my son! Thank you!

Prices were at a cost you expect considering type of merchandise! The employees were VERY helpful! Only problem I had was CHOOSING ONLY TWO ITEMS with all the GREAT merchandise! Thank you!

If you want quality Chiefs or Royals gear this is the place!!More varieties of shirts than anywhere else is KC area. More than you can count, lol

I have never knew that Kansas City Missouri had all the things from the chiefs to the royals before, this was my first time shopping over there, i wish they could have a Kansas City chiefs chef hat I couldn't find it anywhere and I would love to see the Kansas City chiefs Superbowl rings over there in size 7
