Jared was great! Very helpful and not pushy! He took time to help my 80 year-old Mom pick out a new phone that fit in her budget

Jared was awesome. He was very helpful getting my grandmother a new phone and helping figure some issues out on my fathers phone too. Took the time and didn't rush us and was very personable and kind.

My experiences here have been really great. Worked with Mike who was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. He helped get us discounts and got us what we needed. Everyone here is very personable and helpful and they have decent stock. We skip the att store by our house to drive out to this one.

I’d recommend making and appointment because sometimes it can get pretty busy.

Will come back here for all att needs!

I was helped my Dave! He was super personal and kind! He made sure to help me get the best deal while I was there. The manager of the store also came over and introduced himself! I appreciate so many people going out of their way to be so kind! They helped me get the best deal AND provided a great experience!

Megan was awesome with data transfer on the Samsung. She never gave up and was beyond patient with my non tech abilities. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Braeden was great, helped walk through different options, he was knowledgeable, pleasant and personable. I think Braeden has a great career ahead of him in customer service if he chooses. Great experience at this ATT store.

I came into the store this morning.. I was helped out my Jared, he was literally the best, helped me with my issue. He had got me together & purchased a new phone today!! Upgraded definitely lol* but he was very sweet & fast.. definitely recommend

I worked Mercedes for my upgrade and she was very patient and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and was pleasant while we waited on the systems.

I was greeted warmly by mercedes. She helped me with the situation of moving from an older phone to a brand new phone. She was very helpful and gracious. Would recommend the ATT store highly.

I went into the Liberty/Kansas City, MO
and I was so upset with 4 suspended accounts. I do understand sales people at AT&T do make commission, but you would not know that by the welcoming, compassionate, promising to do their best, and spent 5 hours working with customer service, tech support, collections and customer loyalty. These gentleman should be recognized and be promoted to customer loyalty!!! This is live customer loyalty…. Folks come see the manager Donnie Wayne at AT&T tell him Bev made this review and you want the same treatment she got !

I couldn't receive incoming calls. They went straight to voicemail. Mercedes was patient and resolved my issue. Which I'm very thankful for since I'm looking for another job and employers were having difficulty reaching me.

Mercedes was absolutely great and I will always remember the customer service she provided for me and the difficult circumstances we dealt with! She made it possible!

Jared was absolutely great to work with, he listened to what my husband and I wanted.he made recommendations as needed. We had to order our devices as I wanted a color that was not in stock. After receiving our devices we returned and Jared transferred all of the contents of our phones. He was very patient and kind along the way.

Staff was easy to work with and extremely helpful and got us out of a horrible phone service with t mobile happy to say we are with AT&T now and at 60 dollars less a phone customer service was amazing and answered all qustions with a smile

Travis was great! A lot of patience and helped me transfer my broken phone to a temp phone until new phone arrives. I use my phone to work with and this was a critical visit. I been to this store 2 days ago & was told phone was ok with new SIM card BUT it WAS NOT AND WENT TO PLAZA TOLD IT WAS UPDATED AND IT WAS GOOD AND IT WAS NOT!
