AT&T Store

Kahli was amazing. I stopped into the store as a walk in customer, and Kahli greeted me. I was interested in upgrading our iPhone XR‘s from years ago to the 15. Kahli made it so smooth. My wife , son and I ended up trading in four phones and he went above and beyond as he sold us four new phones and set us up with the new phones on the spot, he was there from A-to-Z even when there was some hiccups when transferring the data, he was patient and solved any issues along the way. We walked out with new phones and working order. Recommend this store or anywhere Kahli is at anyone.

Upgraded from an iPhone 11 max to a 14 pro max (gold), it was an easy fun experience. Got to work with both the manager and assistant manager who were personable and friendly. My girls and I where actually looking to change to Verizon and if it wasn’t for how amazing those two where to work with we may have been tempted to change providers.

Store manager Kahli was patient and knowledgeable . He had many customers in the store and greeted people and multitasked to help everyone.

This manager spent 4 hours on me and trying to get me set up and he has the best customer service and patience I’ve ever seen go see Khali! Highly recommended

Man! That manager here I think his name was Khali was such a busy bee being the only one there but that speed made things a little better! I enjoyed my time!!!
