Family Fair has a small town grocery store feeling. Friendly employees, clean and neat store. Very good weekly ads.

Prices are fairly decent. Always clean. Friendly staff.

I have had a great experience with their customer service.

Friendly staff at this store make it a place I like to shop. Meat freezers need some work as there was frost on the brats and sausages. Overall, it's a great little store if you want to avoid the big box grocers. I enjoyed an interaction between an older hispanic male supervisor and two teen employees. He was assigning them work, but also praising them. I thought, how wonderful for them to have such a positive, caring first job experience with such a kind boss. This right here is what makes me want to spend my money at this store. Praise and thanks to you sir. Well done!

I like you guys. I don't like the female cashier with an attitude. I had a full cart of groceries. A first for me in months but I am getting ready for the holiday and I have a family to feed. I could tell you weren't happy that I came through your lane. Don't like people with full carts of food? You are in the wrong line of work lady.

This is our neighborhood grocery store. Always need something on the fly. The "store brand" is always priced well. The Hot n Cold deli is great. Great fried chicken. Mashed potatoes are pricey but good. Great cheese selection and their happy to slice a few or a bunch. Weekly ads with senior day Wednesday. Friday n Saturday specials in the ad as well. Staff is good. Pay has gotta be low. High turnover! Thanks neighborhood store! 🤗👍

Love shopping here always have what I'm looking for (and some things I didn't know I needed ) and if I can't find it always someone there to help. 🙂👍

I'm not great at comparing prices from one store to the next, but it seems that Fare Way has competitively low prices. I love the free coffee and popcorn at the entrance. The staff is friendly. They do offer self checkout.
To unlock sale prices, you do need to have a loyal card.
Turning left out of their parking lot of a struggle at evening rush hour as there is no stop light.

Honestly, I don't care much for some of the employees here. There are about a handful that really make your shopping experience awesome. One employee in particular is Mark. He always seems to go above and beyond for the customers. Also, Jeff he does the same. I think Jeff is the Store manager. Both of these gentlemen definitely make you feel that they appreciate your business!

My quest is to go to every Family Fare store in the Omaha and Council Bluffs area. And write a review. Currently, this store is by far the best. The store is clean. The restrooms were clean. The rider carts for the disabled were charged and neat. The deli was the highlight of my visit. In one word, DELICIOUS! I brought two modest containers of salads and 10 piece special. Also I found some great deals on bakeware. This week sales items that I was looking for was in stock, another plus. Even at self checkout the attendant was helpful and efficient. From the meat department to the Deli, customer service counter and check out the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated for shopping at this location. Just awesome. Hands down.

No matter your industry, quality customer service has become a major differentiating factor for businesses.

If your customer service team is not up to snuff, your company will be hemorrhaging revenue.

I am a Texan. My mom always made menudo when it is cold. I wanted to make menudo, but didn't know where I needed to shop for the ingredients. I walked into the market and found everything I needed to make menudo. Every employee I spoke to were kind, and helpful

I will say that some of the other shoppers at locations that are in lower income neighborhoods can be rude and slow in the self checkouts. I actually used to work in the deli at one location. I can expect a different experience from the other customers based on which location I go to. However, the employees are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. The fried chicken is on point!!

Local feel even though it's a chain. Typically better prices than HyVee and friendly staff. Pretty easy to find everything. I love their free popcorn and coffee which makes up for the somewhat difficult parking lot.

Family Fare has the best customer service ever what I can't find that other stores they have there also a great place to talk and meet and also shop the people there are great you should visit sometimes

I went through self check out and the guy walking around, I think the key holder on 4-28-18 at Bellevue Ne on Harrison Street. He stopped and bagged my grocerys. That was awesome, I seen he did it to someone else as well. What a great employee I wish I got his name. I used to be a mgr he would be I guy I would hire!! What a great guy, you can tell he likes his job!! AWESOME hire!!

I find they have some of the best meat in the Omaha area at good prices. Good deals on fresh produce as well. Good sales on other items (non meat and produce) but regular prices are a bit high in the other depts.

Always clean & well stocked. Very helpful staff. Best deli fried chicken in town! I can always find what I'm looking for.

Their flash food program is excellent. I get almost all of my groceries through that program now

This is my neighborhood store and we love it. They always have good sales going on, the staff is always friendly and polite. We really enjoy going there.
