Gatchell Hardware

This is pretty much the last and only hardware store in North Omaha. Went in this morning to get some caulk for job I'm working on for a customer in the area. I asked where it was located. He was very helpful and took me right to the area.

It's a great old store that will take you back 100 years. The look and smell is an old time hardware store that just isn't common anymore.

Great service, very personable and knowledgeable of his products.

Lost a masonry drill bit at a previous lob and he had exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back.

Small but he usually has what you need. I only stop in if I'm in the area, but now that I know he repairs windows and screens will patronize more often.

Pricey

Went on a Tuesday around 12:40. Door locked and nobody answering the phone. No signs displaying hours or when it will be opened. Does not appear to match posted hours of operation on Googlemaps. Wasted a trip.
