Baker's

I love my neighborhood Baker’s. Although it can be short staffed the people there are always friendly. The young people working there are learning how to serve the people in the community. It makes me happy seeing that each time I go!

Bakers is the place for me. The worker are helpful and friendly. I always find everything I need. I'm not waiting forever to check out.

I just want to thank the flower department and all the managers who donate flowers to Florence Home. The residents really enjoy this and it’s something that they cannot buy on their own.

Used to work there but they can't tell me why they wouldn't hire me back even though I got experience in cashier and customer service and grabbing grocery carts or shopping carts and the general manager or the store manager would not tell me why they won't hire me back when I am probably their best employee since I come in early and stay late and make sure the job is done correctly or stay later and then I should until somebody else shows up for their shift (which is called being very determined about your job)

Visiting family from out of town, first time here and was impressed. Great customer service. Shelves stocked fairly full. Nice open and Clean store. Busy but Fast checkout, open on thanksgiving. Cashier got help with a coupon quickly - impressive - and automatically got us the rewards discount.

Decent food and good quality meat. Good fruits but I wish that they had a larger produce section like other Bakers in Omaha. Would like a better selection in the frozen section

The early afternoon of 8 February 2023 while walking up the steady incline of the parking lot I was having an extremely tough time with my emphysema (I am on oxygen). Alex observed my distress an brought an Electric Cart out to me. This was very helpful and appreciated. Alex looks out for Bakers patrons. Well done!

The store is great. I find a good selection of products. Good meat selection. They always have sales which is good for my budget. Staff is always nice and helpful. The store is A OK for me. Been shopping there for years. Keep up the good work.

Might be the cleanest store in Florence. Good variety and price. Time and time again I have seen employees go out of their way to help customers, esp. at checkout.

I hid my name cuz I could. I wanted to iterate something in hopes to help more people out. We sell money orders for a dollar a piece but we DO NOT CASH money orders. If you have the top, bottom and original recipt and it's NOT WRITTEN ON we can refund it. No matter who it's written to as soon as its written on its out of our hands and you'll have to cash it somewhere else like a bank or call the Western union customer service number on the back of the bottom slip. Arrived @Bakers & found a parking spot near the entrance right away. Picked up a roasted chicken which I later found to be cooked to DONE which is why I rarely buy roasted chickens in OTHER stores. As I walked through the baked goods area I noticed the pecan rolls were very reasonably priced, considering the important fact that the quantity was twice that I saw in the neighboring store and they had about three times the pecans & less than half the brown sugar on top of them!! SOLD! One percent milk was $1.99 with best by date about 10 days later. The store was clean, the service employees were helpful and there were 2 cashier's in the regular check out line, so I didn't have to check myself out..

This has been a neighborhood store for my family for a long time. My grandma knows her way around really well and they always have the items she wants on sale so big bonus there. There is also a nice checker/bagger named Jamie who always helps us and bags her groceries really well. We always get.paper bags.

I needed a balloon for my mother-in-law's birthday. I asked Julia at the self checkout if they sold them. She said yes, then called someone to help me. By the time I got back to the area someone was waiting to help me. Everyone there was very helpful.

Such a great place to shop if you take advantage of sales, promotions and e coupons. Don't forget to download your coupons for your free Friday item! It's always a full size item not a sample size, you can't beat it!

The store was very clean. Zas was very efficient and pleasant. The security guard was sitting down on her cell phone when we walked out of the store. 🧐🤔

As much as I love shopping here at Bakers but I'm sure everyone who shop here know what I'm talking about. Bakers has an employee who smells like trash. A very bad odor. I was in the self check out line a few nights ago and the lady self check clerk smelled horrible. I thought I was buying spoiled food. She smells like hot trash.

They have slowly been remodeling this store and it looks nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite stores.

This had always been a good store. They're doing the best that they can considering that EVERYTHING has to be locked up from heartless thieves.
