Ross Dress for Less

I brought my mother to this store over the weekend and she was very happy with the style and selection that was available. The people in the store were very kind and patient with my elderly mother. Very happy we gave our business to Ross!

This store was crazy busy when I went in, so I didn’t expect speedy service the day before Christmas. Lol
So I will not let that reflect on my rating.
The young man that was my cashier, was very patient and nice.

Great low prices at a bargain deal! Lots of designer brands and selection of items. Spanish speaking associates here also. It's like finding treasure, you don't know what you're gonna discover.

So many more items I bought. Some days I forget how many great deals they have throughout the store. Just a few gems I picked up.

Ross is the store where my family can get everything for a lower cost! I was able to purchase QUALITY Winter coats, hats and gloves, even boots for the kids at a steal!

Nice clean store, friendly staff, well organized.

I like the cheap prices and the name brands make my kids feel special. Plus the cloths do seem to last. Ive bought clothes, shoes, make up, purses, blankets. Its all great

Can’t believe we finally got a Ross in Omaha!! I would compare this store to a TJ Max! This is the first Ross in Omaha so it’s usually pretty empty, I’ve noticed! They have everything from clothes, to shoes, to bathroom items, to house decor! Everything you need! The employees are very kind! Lines get really busy closer to closing time!

The young lady Ava that helped me last night she navigated that line so well I noticed that no one came up there to help her until the last minute it’s not okay to have one sales associate ringing by herself when there is a line wrapped around there is no teamwork her manager came up after a while I have management under my belt also and I worked and retail and sales and customer service for along time her manager came up then helped after putting the go backs back I want to talk to her boss when working there needs to be help when needed there needs to be accountability that was not okay .we are all short staff everywhere I seen many people that work there working on the floor instead of Coming to help at ross out west I gave all 5 star because of Ava she was so sweet and kind my heart I understand how she felt when it was so busy and you are doing your best she was amazing at running through the line very humble .

We were thrilled when Ross opened up here! There is always something new and the price is always more than fair.

Sometimes it's like s treasure hunt and you always go home with treasure.

The only thing I would change is the checkout. Not enough cashiers are open and the line is always long and winding around the front of the store.

I got amazing outfits for school for great costs.. Even the shoes there were wonderful . They had nice baby clothing for my soon to be born sister and I am very surprised you can actually dress for less! Just amazing I will make sure I shop there again<3

great pricing on beauty products, perfume, body spray.

My family and I love Ross, yes its messy and the lines can be long, but the prices are great, shop fast as things disappear quickly after being put out. Don't hesitate to hit up the store a few days later as you'll find new inventory.

I thought I liked shopping at Marshall's. It is as fun as mining my own coal compared to the fun I had shopping at Ross' Dress for Less!!!

Good selection and peices

So thankful we now have this store. My 12 year old wears a size 11 1/2 or 12 men's shoe and he can find nice name brands he likes here that do not cost 100 plus!❤👍
