AT&T Store

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We visited the Gloucester location to trade up on my phone and switch the new one to my wife. The sales associate Juan was very helpful and thorough. He also was able to handle 2 other customers while our phones were updating

Was just in this store a week ago. I had phenomenal customer service from Bryon!! He knew what he was talking about, was super nice to me, and was so patient with me thru all my questions and rants about my last phone provider. I can personally say that I’ve never had such great experience with anyone else before. Highly recommend looking for Bryon if you need help at this store!!

Came in the other day with a dumb little iPhone issue. I was honestly just so confused I needed some kind of help. I can’t remember if their name was Byron or Bryon but I explained what was going on and they made a wonderful attempt to help me and sure enough we figured it out! It might not have necessarily been something they had to help me with but I very much appreciate them taking that time and effort:)

Bryon was amazing! He was so patient and kind to my 86 year old mother! Can’t thank him enough. Give Bryon a raise! He should be employee of the month!

I was so nervous and getting a new phone. I don’t like changes or upgrades.I went to the AT&T store in Gloucester and Erick C. Helped me and answered all my questions he was amazing !!! Not only did he answer all my questions he made it so easy for me. I love my new phone !! Erick, also saved us money that we didn’t know was possible.

My daughter and I went today to get new IPhones. Dannie was so amazing at making this a fun process!! Her customer service is a 💯 percent!! Somebody give this girl a raise!!

Haven't had anything but good experiences here. They are professional and are obviously trying their hardest to make sure your time there is smooth and hassle free. Stopping by this store to ask a few questions when I was wondering about new carriers is what switched me from Verizon to AT&T. Been happy since.

Thursday afternoon at 2:30 I walked into AT&T in Gloucester John and Susan took care of me and gave me a brand new 13 didn’t let me leave until my new phone was all set up so very happy with AT&T in Gloucester come on down great sales on the new phones

The manager, Jamie, helped me set up my new iPhone. The setup was complicated and included adding a 2nd line to my account. We hit some snags during a very time-consuming, complicated set-up between the two phones - Jamie never lost his cool -- never got impatient. It was stellar service ! Very tech savvy ! Many thanks!
