The UPS Store

I had a bunch of Amazon returns and it was an easy process. The staff member, Cliff, was extremely helpful. He was immediately ready to help as soon as I walked in and was very friendly and made the whole store have a warm energy. He offered me some holiday stamps at the end of my transaction which was nice. We need more workers like him

I get anything I need printed here! The staff here is always kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! Cliff specifically makes sure that I get everything I need before I walk back out of that door! It also helps how close this location is to Kroger, as I can get anything work-related done just before/after getting groceries.

Wonderful staff, I am difficult to get fingerprints on, and they were so patient with me and saw the job through to the end! Thank you so much!

This is the best UPS store in Louisville. I'm at a UPS store several times a week to drop off shipments or buy packing material. Over the years, I've been to every store in town. This location has time and time again proven itself to be superior over it's colleagues and competition. They have a strong customer-centric approach to their business, yet run an extremely efficient store. I now go out of my way to get to this store because I know I'll be taken care of quickly and professionally.

The Hubbards Lane UPS store is the absolute best UPS store in Louisville. The staff is so efficient and kind. It’s a real pleasure to do business with them.

Just transferred from another UPS store to this one because our previous one is closing. We use their mailbox service. Our previous UPS store was great and this store is even better. Staff is very, very helpful and really nice.

I was printing flyers for a non profit I volunteer with and had problems with the file. Kyle was so helpful! We got them printed and they look great! Best part is they do the printing for you unlike other similar stores (and you don’t have to pay for use of computer to access file)

All I can say is WOW!!!! After going to Fed-EX and the Post office I thought I might just change my mind about shipping wheels and tires that I sold on Ebay. The cost was crazy, and the Employees at these stores made it painful. I met Kelsey at the UPS store by my business and she went out of her way to do a incredible job shipping items that were not easy to ship. She even helped me package them. The post office and Fed Ex won't have to worry about me stopping by again, but I really doubt they were - Thanks Kelsey.

These guys are absolute BEASTS! There was a line of 6 people ahead of me and I think I was in and out of the store in no more than 3 minutes. Well oiled machine. Shout out to the gal with the long blonde hair who gives me great customer service every time.

Fast and friendly. They helped me pack and ship my documents for work. I travel a lot and use UPS stores exclusively. I Love this one!
