I booked my hair appointment with Aurora. Not only did she do more than an amazing job she went above and beyond to ensure that I loved my style and color. She was super open and honest about everything we where doing to my hair which made me feel 10 times more better about her doing my hair. Not to mention her customer service skills are absolutely outstanding! If you ever come here to get your hair done I would highly advise you book with Aurora! Even if there is a wait it would absolutely be worth waiting to get in and see her!

Great experience! I was going to buy some new sneakers for myself and a wonderful, cheerful man came and had helped me pick out a pair. The employee who helped me was named Marcus and we had a good laugh or two talking about different shoes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the shoes I was thinking of purchasing. From what I can tell he has definitely been working here a while and 100% is committed to his job. I know for sure I will shop at JCPenny again, and hope I see him again! (P.s. He definitely needs a raise too)

I went to the Dillard's cologne department so I could get some new fragrances for my birthday. Isaac helped me out and he was super amazing, he was patient, knowledgeable, funny, and overall an excellent sales consultant! I definitely recommend coming here. Dillard's is lucky to have such a great employee.

This location is close to home. They always have great sales. Staff is always friendly.

My sweet hubby and I jumped on the motorcycle and enjoyed the ride and the weather and headed to JC Penney at Rolling Oaks Mall. I had a return and the process went smoothly. The behind the counter gal was knowledgeable, a plus always.

What can I say JC PENNY'S good service and selections in all departments. They have great sales on a regular basis. Christmas is a great time to shop for some fantastic deals.

How this store is doing so poorly, I don't know. Every year I find perfect shirts and sweaters for all the guys in my family. Just wish they had more registers open.

My girls are very picky when it comes to clothes and i was shocked that they found something they liked. The total was over 700 but with mystery coupon, sales and tax free we spent less than 500!! Gotta love jc penny.

Although their inventory is less than it used to be, this is great store to shop. Nice inventory with great prices.

Helen in the curtains department deserves a raise, and I don't mean a footstool cause she is tiny lol. She is an asset too this store. I came in 2 MONTHS ago.. looking for curtains. She literally helped me pick them based on my color scheme cause I couldn't lol. I loved my purchase. She found me a really great discount. I came back because I thought of her when I was doing another room. 2 months later she REMEMBERED ME, which I thought was awesome, she walked me through another great purchase.. and even found me another discount. 5 stars for her, and you know what... when I tackle my other rooms I'll be back
