I feel like they took yalls reviews seriously cause I had a great experience with this location. First off, order from the app. It’s a lot easier. I feel like everywhere is understaffed so just make the workers life easier if you are able too. The food was good. The hash brows were the perfect brown, the avocado toast was toasted great and my latte was delicious. The guy preparing my order was very sweet and hard working. I’ll be coming here again! Also, the cheap prices. Better than paying Starbucks prices!

Love the holiday special drinks (and other drinks they have) and of course the munchkin donuts. Prices aren't too bad either. Always go here before going to work. Great service through the drive thru.

Only thing missing was a napkin, but still most satisfying!

I absolutely love Dunkin donuts 😍. The staff is very friendly. My order is always right. And October is perfect month for my favorite drink of all..pumpkin coffee.

So glad they started to bring Dunkin Donuts back to San Antonio! Their breakfast sandwiches are tasty, Donuts are delicious, and their hazelnut iced coffee is the best

I work across the street and frequently get coffee from the drive through. They’re always super quick and the coffee is always good! The reason I’m finally writing a review is because I went into this Dunkin for the first time. There was a huge line, grumpy man complaining because HE ordered the wrong thing, and people asking stupid questions, which caused a long line of 7+people. The ladies handled it so well! Destiny is the only one I was able to see the name tag as she was the one taking the order. She apologized to each person she took an order from and was very kind. It’s people like destiny who keep customers coming back. There was another lady that was asking people what they were waiting for in order to get the line moving, but I didn’t get her name.

Had a great meal here this morning. The manager is a terrific man and enjoys talking with guests. The coffee wasn't burnt or old, the donut holes I had were still very much moist. My sandwiches were hot and fresh off the grill. I've been here before just never added a review. Will definitely return!

Favorite drive-through for hot coffee. This location has amazing customer service! Very friendly and helpful, especially if you accidentally dump an entire coffee in your passenger seat.. yep I did that

I had good and bad experince at this dunkin throughout the years. I started coming here again because I had a gift card. Im glad I gave this location another chance. They have quick, friendly service. I enjoy my drink every time. If I have a problem, the employees always are there to help. I am changing my rating cause this place is great, convenient coffee in universal city,live oak area!

Went to the new location today with my family. The cashier was very patient and understanding when my kids took a little long to pick their donuts, and then there was another worker in a blue shirt and visor that let us have a second chocolate milk on him(after I said my kids would have to share). It was unexpected and very kind! We will definitely be coming back to this location!

My morning cup energy for sure. They know my order and are always friendly. The veggie egg white on flat bread is yummy. The prices are reasonable and the coffee...hands down is the best. I visit almost every day because of the service, price, and quality.

I needed to take a minute to just have peace. There was traffic, it was rainy and kinda cold. I was able to get a free classic donut and my iced chai tea.

Great food and service! The polite and helpful staff make this Dunkin one of the best I have​personally been to in a while! The inside is contemporary, clean, and soooo comfy! It reminds me a little bit of home with all the wonderful smells from the kitchen area! Yummy! Skip the Starbucks and head here instead! You'll love it!

I come to the location on pat booker everyday and I have to say that the staff is the best. They know my order by heart and to me that is just great customer service! Alexis is the best she always make sure that my order is correct.
