By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a glass/vape/smoke shop in my entire life.

Went in to buy a simple vape battery for
cartridges. After looking at a few I decided on one, paid & went on my way. It wasn’t until I walked out of the store & removed the battery from the box to look at it that I noticed that it was a completely different style & color than the one shown on display that I asked for. I went back into the store & asked If I could switch it out for a black one like what was on display & he said the only black one was the display. The manager then signaled to him to give me the display one. He placed it in the box the new one was in & handed it to me awkwardly avoiding eye contact. I was a little weirded out by the experience & was in a hurry so took it & went on my way. Once I arrived at home I took it out to give it a closer look & noticed some signs of prolonged use & wear. I immediately realized I was never given a receipt with my purchase but looked past the imperfections since it seemed to work well. A month or so later it stopped working entirely. Now I am out a vape battery & the money I spent to buy it without any proof of a purchase to exchange it. This place is downright shady & I would not recommend doing business with these people.

Edit: I really hope the owners comment on this shows how incompetent these people are. Obviously you couldn’t get a refund from the manufacturer without proof of purchase & if the serial number on the battery & the box don’t match up.
