Just bought a car battery and had it installed for my Hyundai Elantra. I didn't get the guts name, but he was fantastic. Great attitude, fast service. Please thank him for me, he was fantastic.

My family and I had a part break and was hanging off of our vehicle on the way to a bbq. We had to fix it so we pulled over and searched for the nearest place. We went in, explained our situation, and a worker was on his way to immediately check to situation. He said it was simple and how to fix the part or get a new one. In the mean time, he went in and came back out with a rench to take the part off for us. He got on the ground both times checking it and getting the part off. There was no charge and he wouldn't take a tip. Even if we were charged it only took us what seemed about 10 mins or less of our time. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for being there for us on Father's day of all days. Thank you!

You only really know how good the service is when something goes wrong, and these guys did great. Ordered a battery online but when I went to the store to pick it up, they didn’t have that size, despite the website claims of one in inventory. They volunteered to get me the next size up for the same price, no hesitation, and really nice about it. Definitely made me feel like the missing size was a fluke and they wanted to make it right. Everything worked out great, I really appreciated it.

Nice clean store. Employees very helpful even though a part I needed was not available. He even gave me suggestions where to go to find the part besides from the dealership.

These guys were great. I needed to replace a battery because my car died at work. Their shop happened to be a block away luckily. I walked into the shop to buy the cheapest tools I could in order to extract the battery for testing, that's when one of the associates asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for the cheapest tools for the job since I had tools at home and it didn't really need them outside of my immediate situation. He offered to let me borrow and in store tools if I left my ID at the counter. From there I was able to extract the battery, bring it back for testing, and go forward with the purchase of a new one.

Fantastic customer service at this location. Incredibly helpful staff each time I've been here. Had to swap my car battery in their parking lot and they came out and assisted like champs. Brought over battery cleaner, a magnet in case I dropped something in the engine bay(I did), held cables for me, etc. Just above and beyond experiences I've had at competitors.

I had a great experience today with the gentlemen working at this Advance Auto Parts. I showed up to get my car looked at and basically it turned into a nightmare but they helped me the whole time and did more than anyone else would have to help me. Highly recommend.

Stopped here in the middle of the day to get a engine light checked. Mark dropped what he was doing to assist me. I'm talking offering to let me borrow the jump box, trying to jump it with his truck, helping remove the battery to test it and ever providing me with a free battery recharge. Some of the best service I've had in the country. That guy deserves a promotion!

Had always avoided the Advance stores. Stopped in here with a special application need. They blew me away with an array of solutions. Knowledgeable beyond any expectation. Now my new go-to for all things automotive.

I had a positive experience with a real helpful team. I dealt with a very helpful gentleman named Martini, and he was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I've ever worked with.

Staff was friendly knowledgeable and willing to help. This advanced Auto parts store located in Chandler definitely had more options for electronics
