Gloria Food Store

This place is great! Stopped in for a couple sandwiches. I got the Italian and my wife got a chicken salad. Both were great! I also got some stuffed peppers and tomatoes that were great as well. The guy working was very helpful and friendly. Im in town visiting and will definitely be stopping back before leaving.

I went to Gloria Food Store in Beverly for the first time a few weeks ago and I'm hooked. I ordered an Italian sub and it was the best Italian sub I have ever had! I got a turkey sub for my son and he loved his too! The roll was soft and packed with meats, cheese & veggies and the service was fast!

Gloria's offers quality cold cuts, a wide variety of cheeses and an extensive assortment of pasta, in addition to many other items. The decor is casual vintage & takes you back in time. I have already been back for a second Italian sub and I'm looking forward to returning again very soon.

They have the best Chicken, Cranberry and Walnut Salad. Always get it on a braided roll! I don't know if I should post this, cuz I don't want them running out of it before I get my order in! Great staff!

Lived in Beverly a long time and always walked by this place. I went in and got the greatest tortellini salad I've ever had in my life. I will definitely go back

Subs are delicious I love thier Italian. They also do calzones but you have to call in a day ahead to have them made. They're also like a small grocery store and fairly priced.

Good friendly corner deli/convenience store. The sandwiches make this place in my opinion, never had one I didn't like. Freshly sliced on each order on great rolls. Yum

Been wanting to stop here forever. Did today and it was worth it. This is where I'll shop for my deli meats in the future. I remember when there was a Gloria near my work 30 years ago. Remember once a week we'd get a bag of spuckies, several pounds of assorted meats and cheeses. The whole crew would have lunch. Priceless. I remember the exceptional quality of the products and it's good to know it hasn't changed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I love the chicken salad, the pasta salad, all the deli meats, I could go on and on! The people that work there are so nice and patient too! Love it!

Visit once a week to get a large chicken salad sub. Deli is the best around. Often get there premade special for the day like lasagna or ziti, fresh and done right. Very homey feel to the store, not a full grocery store store but what they do have is always great. Best selection of bottled drinks anywhere! Fresh bread, cookies, and calzone sold by the slice made fresh once a week, amazeballs! Masks are not required for several months now. Don't let the exterior fool you, this place is a Beverly staple! Highly recommend!

Been coming here since I began working in beverly. Anytime I have a chance to go down there I do. Friendly service and treat you like family. Gotta have the chicken salad or the Asian noodles or one of the subs they make down there. All fresh food on fresh bread from down the street. Can't beat the food and great price too!

They're always so unbelievably nice and they always make us smile and laugh. They're personable and the deli items are really delectable great quality. Even though I moved a few towns away, I'm already scheming up a plan to get to Beverly and see my fav deli!

This review is long overdue but I need to write it!!! Every year we get our calzones for Christmas dinner from Glorias and they are amazing, so I knew who to call when we were planning our neighborhood block party. We were having 50ish people and I was panicked and stressed out on what to get and how to coordinate. Scott and his team were so helpful, informative and understanding. They were truthful on what we needed and how much. He was so easy and fun to work with. We ended up getting several calzones, trays of the finger sandwiches, garden salad and other side salads. Because of the level of customer service and quality of their food, I will definitely be using them for future needs!

My family and I from New Zealand visited today on our way through Beverly. The staff were all so helpful and the customer service was incredibly - as for the sandwiches, they were the best we’ve had on our trip

Omg YUM! I recently moved to Beverly and decided to try Gloria's.....i got a turkey sub and Italian sub, both were fresh and delicious and the perfect size. The people there were so friendly and welcoming:) This is definitely my new favorite place!!

Very friendly! Had several platters prepared by them for a small party. Very reasonably priced, delicious and they even helped me bring it all to my car! I wont hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Best chicken salad sub on the north shore! Where else can you get a sub, drink, and bag of chips for $10 or less? Nowhere but GLORIA'S! They are very personable and friendly!

I had not been there since i was little and the guy with the mustache used to jokingly tease me and give me free cheese when my parents would get cold cuts. I would get my "Monster" (Muenster) cheese there that i loved. It was a great memory from childhood that i still cherish. I was in the area and swung in with my 5 year old girls, got cold cuts and went home to make subs. Cold cuts are high quality and sub-rolls fresh soft and tasty. Not to mention still the best Italian sub on the north shore. Got some Genoa Salami for one of my girls that loves salami and she went crazy for it. I am so glad this place is still around and seems not to have changed in 30 years. The guy with the mustache is still there and still cracking jokes with the customers. I have the feeling we will be back again soon for more salami.
