AT&T Store

Kena is amazing!! If I could give six stars, I would . She recently received a well deserved promotion and AT&T chose the right person. She stood in the gap for me today by calling AT&T to fix an issue that I have been trying to fix for months. Ask for her and she will definitely take care of you. She is the definition of customer service.

Christopher was such an amazing help! We came in looking to transfer from another company and because of his excellent customer service, we decided AT&T is the choice for us! We had a thousand questions and he answered each and every one! Can’t wait to come back in and get everything switched over! You guys have a gem in this guy! I’ll be sending all of my friends and family his way.

The lady Rosa at the At&T store on the corner of 1097 in willis is great. Very very helpful. Her name badge said her name was Rosa. She did not try to sell me something I could not afford and let me pick out the phone I wanted. Hope they give her a raise so she never leaves.

Rosa and Kena are absolutely amazing!! They sat with us for over 2 hours and helped my mom with her phone. Rosa was on point with everything and never got frustrated or lost patience with our issues. Kena helped me navigate through issues I was having after updating my phone as well and re-learning how to use my phone.

I dreaded going to the ATT store based on prior visits but Kena Anselmo has changed my opinion. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely competent and Excellent customer service-ATT should be very proud of this employee!

Willis, TX is a great store. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. Do not under any circumstances go to the Montgomery, TX store. It was horrible experience.

Chris Cole is the most professional ATT Manager I've ever come across. Such a pleasure to work with. He genuinely cares about customer service and is terrific.

I just switched from boost to AT&T.
This was on a Sunday when there was only one person working in the store. I worked with Rosa. She is a true professional. She simultaneously took care of 5 customers. At no time during did I feel neglected or forgotten. I'm so glad I switched. I'm so glad AT&T has qualified and considerate professionals like Rosa in the store. Thanks again, Rosa!
