I was having trouble finding winter gear and the wonderful woman that worked there named Meg noticed and ask me if I needed help I told her about a variety of things I wanted and she helped me go through everything and get exactly what I needed I can’t praise her and her service enough 10 out of 10 I am going back for more because of her

What a Great crew! Amanda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. About a lot of different products throughout the store. She made my shopping experience extremely pleasant . I got exactly what I was looking for.

Always a great experience here but today I met Alisha she was great helped me the whole time I was there very knowledgeable or the store and it merchandise made my experience quick and easy thank you

We were fortunate to meet Meg on our most recent visit and she was excellent! She was happy to help me choose new work clothes and introduced me to the new Force fast dry light weight shirt. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases they fit and feel great. Thank you Meg!!

I had to exchange two pants that I got for my son for Christmas and was looking in the store where I could find the same or similar style of the pants that I got. Very friendly employee approached and asked if I needed any help. Most places not only you don’t get help , if you ask something , the first answer is everything is on the floor, if you don’t see it, we don’t have it . This was totally an opposite experience. This wonderful associate whose name I found out was RYAN, not only helped me to find the pants but offered options such as ordering on line for different colors and showed me similar items. He also checked the stockroom for the size of a shirt I was looking for and found it for me. This was the best experience I had in a retail store as far as service. I have to say, the store was also very organized. I hope someone from corporate could pass along my appreciation and let RYAN know what a great customer service he provides. Thank you

I will say this 5 star rating is based solely on my interaction with the store employees here, Mike is an absolute legend.... In my search for a white t shirt I searched online, well the in stock store part of the website is absolutely useless, the whole website itself doesn't really say what's in stock or not, so I decided to drive over. Like many people say parking right out front of here is tough, but there is a huge parking lot right next door, it's not too far to walk over. The store is very clean, and organized beautifully, although the amount of winter stuff on display is weird considering it's the middle of summer. I was immediately, and enthusiastically, greeted by Mike. I told him what I was there for and he told me give me a minute I'll check out back. While I was waiting I spoke with the other employees in the store who were unbelievably personable and knowledgeable. This store had more people working in it at once than most supermarkets I've been to recently. Then here comes Mike from the backroom with two hands full of brand new, in the plastic white t shirts, and says I found what you wanted, how many do you need. Absolute legend status Mike!!! I don't why Carhartt has decided to change there labels and sizing names of stuff, original fit, regular fit, etc, etc. There has to be a better way to let people know this used to be this fit, or whatever it's confusing if you don't go into the store. Lydia at the register was an absolute boss as well, extremely professional and courteous. The staff here are absolutely great, the inventory in the store is a little less than desired, but they told me they would order whatever I wanted and ship it to my home for me, if that's what I needed, so that's a good deal. It's getting harder to find stuff on the big online sites, so it's nice to have an actual store to go to. Mike, thank you again buddy, your help was much appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful sales staff. The prices were alot less than i thought they would be. I'll def do more shopping there.

I popped into this store & Kobe greeted me immediately after entering. The store didn’t have what I was looking for, so Kobe helped me place an online order. He was AMAZING! Very kind and helpful! Not something I experience much out here in the east coast..
Being from out of state, he also suggested some good restaurants to check out. We need more young Kobes who are as courteous and kind like him!

Online shopping was just not doing it for me and I was on the hunt for some quality work gear for my husband. I drove a little over half an hour to this location and it was worth it!! Employee named Sophie was GREAT, she knew the products and made this visit to the store a great, successful one. I will come here again!!

Shopped in the Lynnfield Store today for a birthday gift for my Son..I was so impressed with the group of employees in this store, they were so pleasant..So helpful..and So Personable..They were all great! But Kaylee and Mike were Outstanding..Mike found me everything I was looking for..the Colors, the sizes.mix and matching for me..and when I went to check out, I realized that I had lost my glasses, they were all looking around the Store with me..I finally left..on my way to star Bucks, as I walked into Starbucks, someone tapped me on the shoulder, It was Kaylee, she found my glasses..over heard me say I was going to Starbucks..and ran them down to me..Just a great great group of kids..KUDOS , and THANK YOU to all of them. Not to mention the Clothes and prices there are Great as well !

Was greeted almost immediately upon arrival,had 3 employees ask if they could be of assistance,1 proceeded to open the extra registry for my check out as the other had a few customers ahead of me..my shopping experience was absolutely awesome,found everything I needed and more..highly recommend this location and will be returning for future trips

The service here is absolutely stellar!!! I shop here for my boyfriend several times a year and every single time the staff here is always friendly and they always offer to help me. I'll definitely be back again
