I always enjoy shopping at CVS on Park Cedar Drive in the Charlotte/Pineville area.
The store is well supplied and employees are most personable, both at the front desk and in the pharmacy. Often, it is my one-stop shopping destination, and has been for a number of years.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. The pharmacy staff is always kind and accommodating. They work with me to find the best savings on my prescriptions. Even when they are understaffed or overwhelmed, they are transparent and work tirelessly to make sure everyone is taken care of.

I don’t know how much Cvs looks into these reviews however, I want to give a special shout out to this Pharmacy staff who went above and beyond for me today adding some flavoring to my kids medicine, which I picked up at another CVS who had nothing in stock. Trying to get one child to take nasty flavored Augmentin is one thing, having two children on the same medicine at the same time knowing full well they hate this medication and the CVS I had them filled at having zero options as far as flavoring, Wasn’t gonna work for me. I stopped here on a whim and asked them if they might be able to help. After some hesitation they did. I cannot thank these ladies enough for doing all they could for me today. I know where I will be getting my medication’s transferred to. Thank you again so much

I am disappointed to see this location reviewed as low as it is and it is probably because a couple disgruntled people left a review and the thousands that had good experience haven’t.
This location has had to turn into a medical center. Even more crazy, they have to give shot to kids, including my reluctant 5 and 7 year olds. They were absolutely wonderful during the process. I would recommend them and make sure you give all the credits to the employees you can. I have never met an unprofessional one in the pharmacy or on the floor over two years of using them for all our prescriptions but now vaccinations as well as drug store needs for our family.

I want to thank Mario for a really good vaccination experience. He was calm and friendly. I don’t get nervous about shots but I can imagine his great personality and vaccination skills would put any one at ease. What a great team member for your store!

I have been using this pharmacy for the last six years for all of my prescriptions. The staff here is AWESOME. Ashley, Charles, Brittany, Viridiana, Gabrielle, and Mario are all great. They fill my prescriptions quickly, work quickly and are helpful. If something is in short supply they let me know ahead of time. I get text messgaes when my prescriptions are ready and the drive-thru pick up is usually pretty quick and efficient. Very grateful for the hard-working staff here.

The staff is wonderful. I don’t have any complains against anyone. When my family be in the hard situation , they became family to me. The entire store is very respectful and caring.

This store is usually very very busy and yet the staff remains always professional, sensitive and always courteous. I do not know why people think they can come in and get prescription medications in mere seconds, I like this store, the staff are always helpful and appear eager to provide the best service possible. My two cents.
