AT&T Store

This store has always been horrible. I dread going. They are rude, pushy and it takes forever. I went a few days ago and met the new manager, Sky. She is great. She wasn’t pushy and got me a phone I could afford. She looked at my bill and brought it down too. She said she is hiring new staff, building morale in hopes to build a culture that impacts the customer.

Last time I visited this location I did not receive the service expected from the employees and the manager was absolutely zero help. Safe to say I was not looking forward to coming back when my phone started messing up again. The new manager laid my worries to rest. She went above and beyond, despite being the only person in and how busy the store was. Turns out my phone was unfixable so she she helped me upgrade in the least painful way possible. Very sweet and very professional, hopefully she turns this store around by the next time I come in. Happy to be served by her!

I went in looking to upgrade my phone and switch carriers. I was nervous at first, I don’t live close but was in that area, unfortunately I have heard some not so good things about the people that work at that particular AT&T. I didn’t have much time to spare and really wanted to get it done that day so I went in anyway against my better judgement. Happy to say I was pleasantly surprised. The two sales associates working that day were both extremely kind and helpful. They took the time to not only help me find the right phone I wanted but made it easy to understand the process of switching my service to a new carrier and plan with AT&T. I believe their names were Sky and Zac. Both were extremely nice and super understanding of my situation and what I was looking for. Overall was a great experience and makes me feel better about being with a new provider.

We had a great experience with the new manager at this location. Great service, took his time with the family in front of us with having to use Google translate but was very patient and positive! Thank you!

My experience with Cody and Zac was amazing they uncovered all my needs I highly recommend anyone looking for that experience to come to this Dixie location

Jill and co worker( sorry I didn’t get your name) we’re quick to get the phone working again. I highly recommend this ATT store. Everyone I have been in contact with has been so helpful, polite and fixed my problems quickly.

Jill, the store manager, was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. A very productive visit to get my account in order and data transferred.

The young lady who attended to my needs was so helpful and had an eye on saving me money. She happen to notice by my ID that I was a veteran and went to explain that I am eligible for a discount on my monthly bill. Of course I was delighted to be able to save some money during these times of rising prices across the board.
