This store is so patient. The geek squad service was very helpful, along with sales (Ralph). They helped me solve a cell phone virus + hack. Kudos to Best Buy!

Staff is great. Need some training courses so that it's seamless. It seems like 1 geek squad employee says something different than the last.

I’ve always had such good experience at this Best Buy which is in Richmond , grand mission pkwy. All the managers are very helpful and would go above and beyond to help you understand about the product. Mr. Amir is an exceptional manager at that location.

Hit up the local Best Buy recently and I've gotta say, the place is on point! It's got that shiny, updated look that makes gadget shopping feel like a futuristic quest. Aisles are well-organized, everything's easy to find, and it's just an overall smooth experience.

Now, the staff usually are stars, but this time, they must've been having an off day. I was in question-land about a product and, oddly, no one came over to drop some knowledge. Not the norm for Best Buy, so I'll chalk it up to just one of those days. Still, it’s a solid spot for your tech needs.

I came here for order pick-up. Last Friday - Black Friday, the parking lot was filled with cars so I come back today and quickly got my item. Many trees in the parking lot were trimmed and branches are on the ground but not block traffic! It’s an interesting view!

The staff here is amazing. We made a purchase here just before the closing time and the staff was very polite and helpful. They helped me load up the items in my truck.

Ralph was amazing ! His customer service skills are top level! Gave great advice and was very enthusiastic in helping me. My laptop was making a loud noise and it was the fan. He helped me exchange the laptop and opened the new one in front of me to assure that everything is good. Will definitely come back to this location.

The place is great it's in a great plaza it is currently being remodeled so it's only curbside pick up this store will be fantastic when it's done Best Buy is always improving their stores and shopping experience But of course you can always order online and have it delivered but when it's finished it'll be something to go see a lot of new displays

It’s a smaller Best Buy but they do a self pay on your phone pilot there exclusively. It’s pretty cool. But the big bottom line is the staff. The were all wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Really went out their way to make sure you were taken care of. Hadn’t experienced an atmosphere like that in quite a while. Refreshing and about time. It’s a can’t miss.

At my experience as costumer costumer service was the best the attention you get like they ask you good or you need help not eny store do that like Walmart you see employees like they don't want to be there like when you have a problem with the self pay or some time you can find somethings and they respond like just look for it im lunch time ok but best buy has the attitude make me feel to come back again the smile every employees friendly I bought xbox one series x I was my best experience all stores should be like this

I took my year old desktop into geeksquad yesterday with an overheating CPU. Spencer and Keldrin diagnosed the problem right away and had the broken water cooler replaced. Not only did they do that but Spencer went the extra mile and dusted my case as well as rearanged my wires. He even put screws into my GPU to keep it from being lopsided. I was back in the shop picking it up within 3 hours. Couldn't have been an easier experience.

Went to this location's geek squad and absolutely amazing customer service!! Keldrin the manager of this geek squad is awesome!! I'll be coming back for any computer issues to this location!

Best Best Buy ever, nice people, accurate, fast and gentle. And memorial day was good, they had discounts. The spanish woman at the entrance and the handsome black young boy in the sounds department were super cool. Thanks a lot, we do not have to much time, and spots to park but this mall was awesome 👏 👌

Went in to purchase a new washer dryer and was helped by Julian in appliances. Great service and was offered lots of info prior to purchasing!

Julian was great and helped us out a lot. We needed a washer and dryer and he wasn't pushy, but stayed nearby for questions. He got us in and out in minutes. My wife even forgot her wallet there and the manager Tony found and Julian called us. Excellent people and a great place to do quick business.

Viviana in Geek Squad was very knowledgeable, has great people skills and was very friendly. She told us exactly what to do for checking out a problem with our laptop. Also this store has just been remodeled allowing a very clean and much more open look.
