Friendly service and clean facilities.

I prefer "Texas Petroleum Group", (right next door!), to this location, any day of the week.

Limited selection in store.

The place is clean and selection is good, but they don't provide baskets. So anytime you pick up more than two items, they force you to walk around the store and then stack things on the counter until you are done.

It's obnoxious for me, the other customes and the lady refused to let me use a bag when it was clear I didn't have enough hands for the items I wanted.

This is the 2nd time it has happened to me and I saw it happen to someone else.

Get some baskets please.

Here waiting in my car this morning. The worker hardly acknowledged me, but signaled 5. I thought this establishment is 24hrs? It’s on the door. Had to wait and I’m needing to head to work asap.

Employees are rude. I asked for a small basked to get many drinks... She she: we do not have baskets... ok give a bag.... She said you can get your drinks in multiple runs... you got the point. I'm not coming back, they just lost $ 300- 500 / Month.

Diesel Fuel contamination in Gasoline

Short version: Bought full tank gas for my SUV on 12/30/22 and half tank gas on 01/03/2023 from the same gas station. After my SUV pretty much shut down while I was driving during morning rush hour, I took it in to the Toyota dealership and they discovered that my SUV had diesel fuel contamination in the gasoline-only tank.

Full version w/ details: I filled up my 2021 Toyota Highlander gas tank from Timewise Shell Gas station # 287 at 13435 University Blvd Sugar Land, TX 77479 on 12/30/2022 & 01/03/2023. After filling out my SUV's gas tank I went to my home in Sugar Land. On Thursday 01/05/23 in the morning around 7:40 AM when I was on my way to drop off my son at his school, all of a sudden my SUV engine started stalling and almost stopped running, suddenly dropping the speed from the 60s mph to the 30s mph and instantly showed the engine sign with the message on my screen to see the dealer. Luckily I was only a couple of minutes away from the Fort Bend Toyota dealership and I was able to slowly drive to the dealership.

After diagnostics were ran on my SUV, according to the dealership mechanic it was discovered that my SUV had diesel contamination and I got this contamination into my gasoline tank through this gas station Timewise Store #287. This was the only gas station where I filled out my SUV gas tank and it is the only gas station I always fill up my SUV gas tank. I have all the receipts to prove this.

On the same day I filed in person complain to the Gas Station Manager, Mr. Bobby Armas on 1/05/23 and online on 1/06/23.

I submitted my payment receipts for my Toyota Highlander, caused by this Timewise gas station's diesel fuel contamination in my SUV's gasoline-only tank, for reimbursement on 1/17/23.

Timewise refused to take responsibility despite providing them the report from the Toyota dealership service center and sample of the contaminated gas to resolve the issue.

Pumps needs to be serviced. It took me 14 min to pump $50 worth of gas. CHANGE YOUR PUMP FILTERS. YOU GUYS ARE BIG CORPORATION
THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Very rude workers. He didn’t even greet me or reply to my greetings, he’s probably a racist! The store smelled funny and caused me a headache, it was my first and last time!

Worst coustomer service. Cashier has zero knowlage about store. Was way too rude for store like timewise
