The print desk has a very knowledgeable and friendly employee named Matt who is there EVERY time I go in.

We come here daily for our small businesses shipping needs. Over the past few months we’ve been assisted by Mercedes. While she has helped us in other areas of the store over the years her business acumen and customer service skills really shine through in the shipping department. Simply by informing us of the recent change in policy regarding USPS parcels Mercedes saved us valuable time while her efforts increase her value as a corporate ambassador.

I was impressed and very satisfied with the customer service and support from the tech team. The associates who helped me were Cory, Mike, and Reiley. They were knowledgeable, and very patient with me regarding a difficult phone issue. I was helped immediately upon coming into the store, and they spent time answering any/all questions I had, and provided me with additional suggestions. I feel that they actually went above and beyond in trying to assist me with my problem, and I am very happy I went to this Staples for resolution.

A ways have a good experience here. Use the copy center frequently and also have used their UPS shipping center with great results. Pleasant staff on hand that can help out with many different things and will let y know if the service you are looking for is not available at this store and will direct you to a larger location for that need. The self serve copy center is very useful when y have a small print hob to do and also you can e-mail your print hob from your device to the center's equipment and will be ready to print when y arrive. Is a handy feature for traveling sales people and others who travel a lot for their work.

Came up from NYC to help my mom get a new tablet. Walked into store after speaking with associate Jordan over phone on advice for a new one.
Jordan couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Staples!!! This guy is a rock star in service. Thank you

A great place to get your office supplies quickly. Work with Android pay and apple pay, which is cool. The staff is incredibly helpful with a good mix of new people and old times that have been there forever.

Found out via email on a Sunday that FedEx would be picking up a package being shipped out of the country the following morning at 8am. I was Il prepared but Jim went out of his way to not only assist me but save me a ton of money!! Definitely the right guy to have running the show over there.

These folks go above and beyond. I lost a gold earring in the parking lot and called the store. They sent someone out to search and found it while I held on the phone! I spoke to Roland and Josh and another manager on the phone. Super job retrieving a sentimental item. Thank you all.

Savanna in the copy center is great ! She would above and beyond my expectations in making my copy experience the best I've ever had. Highly recommended !
