McDonald's

People that I encountered here were fast and courteous. There was a gentleman and his wife that waited 30 minutes for their food. There order more than likely was cleared out. Where I am from they would apologize and refund there money for the inconvenience. I think more of us would go to a restaurant like this.

The second we walked in, the atmosphere was fantastic. Very clean as well as quick service. The food is amazing. There was even a group off elderly men sitting at a table while playing music!

Definitely coming back again

I've been eating at my hometown "Sturbridge" McDonald's for over 10 years. Usually an ok experience, no serious complaints but not spectacular either. Tonight I went in and the lovely lady by the name of "Love" made my wife and i's night! Caring, respectful, and all around great with my somewhat ridiculous order. I know it's just McDonald's but she was awesome and best personality I've seen there by far! Great employee

Went here over the summer and this cute guy working there complimented my Paramore shirt. Hmu babe

I stopped in not expecting much from the golden arches especially since they were packed with some sort of dance convention near the hotel but my family and friends were served quickly and everything was delicious. Our server was great and the manager Anthony was super helpful and managed the craziness of the crowd with poise and supreme hospitality. We will be back. Highly recommended!

Ordered on app. Food was not ready when I arrived 20 minutes later. They had not received the order. I was ok with it. S—- happens. Brandon was amazing . Asked if I wanted a soda and was very empathetic! He also tried to get me extra ketchup and he looked everywhere but they were out. I told him no problem. I had some in my car. Brandon should be promoted! Never had a young person care as much for my experience at a fast food restaurant as did Brandon. The people there are why I come back time after time.

Best McDonalds I have ever experienced. Place was clean. Service was excellent. Crew were all working hard but seemed to enjoy their work. Lots of hustle when things got busy. Superior management.

For McDonald's this is one of the best run McDonald's I've been to lately. A lot of it must have to do with their proximity to the Massachusetts turnpike. Regardless they're seemingly always fast and efficient and serve the food properly. The entire restaurant has been renovated including the parking lot and fast food Lane and the process many cars very quickly rarely as I had to wait more than 5 minutes in line before I can place my order and subsequently received my food. It's nicely landscaped and well maintained and some of the edge parking spaces have great natural views so after I order my food I park and eat it here it's very relaxing. Finally I use their app so all I have to do is drive up give them a code and get my food it's real fast and they've got great deals I don't know why I never tried it before. That's all I have to say for now no complaints whatsoever just exceptional service.

I only buy beverages here because of my diet.They do right by me most of the time.

Best fries!!!! Food is always hot. Service is quick and friendly. It may be busy but it's because they give good service and hot food in a timely manner. Just be patient if the line is long. It's worth it 🙃 (on my cheat days)

I had a longer than expected wait for my curbside order and Anthony handled it wonderfully. He is a great employee and absolutely deserves a raise or promotion or something!!!

We ordered 2 apple pies, but they only had 1. They offered something else, but we weren't in a rush, so we just waited. When we got our apple pies, we got 3 coupons for free small fries.

Speedy drive thru, fries were fresh and Coke was 'spicy' in just the right kinda way.

I feed my ungrateful children here. They eat it. Hell.... I eat it too. Who cares anymore. Everything spirals downward in an inevitable soft struggle against entropy and degradation.... gaining no ground but at least going here we know we are embracing the inevitable.

Great quick friendly service

Probably one of the pricier McDonald's I've ever visited, but the food and service was superb.

Very clean and great staff! I accidentally left my bag on a chair and when I called to check if it was there a nice worker told me that it was found and put in the office until I could pick it up. Thank you!!!

Stopped at the Sturbridge MA McDonald's. As I am allergic to gluten and love french fries, I asked if their fries are the only thing in the oil. The manager tried really hard to see if she could find a frier that wasn't used for hash browns. No luck, but she was immensely gracious and answered all my questions. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank You!
