West Brookfield Dental

I haven't seen a dentist in quite a long time, but I finally decided to get one after thinking I broke a tooth. The doctor put my mind at ease and was able to get me a second appointment for that day to have a much needed deep cleaning. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and excel at their work. My wife loves my new smile and even wants to go there herself. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Tengco is the best dentist I have ever had. His staff is friendly and helpful. The service is amazing in every aspect. I feel he truly cares about about me, my teeth and what a lot of other doctors don’t, my wallet!

This is my first visit to this dentistry. The atmosphere is inviting, pleasant and comfortable. The Doctor and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and work well together. I felt well take care of. I did tell the staff that this was the best dental experience I ever had. I was worried about finding another dentist when mine retired but no more. I'm quite pleased.

The staff a d doctors here are so friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and relaxing. My daughter recently had her teeth cleaned and was asked what she wanted to study for when she attends college in 2 years. She wants to be an orthodontist. The staff there are going to be checking to see if she could shadow the orthodontist in the near future. They are always going out of their way to do more for their patients and the community! A+

I am someone who has severe anxiety with going to the dentist because of past experiences at other dental offices, so much so i would cry over getting cleanings. The staff here at West Brookfield. Dental have made me feel so comfortable with coming in to get my bi-annual cleanings. They are kind and thoughtful when it comes to your individual needs in the chair and your lifestyle at home, offering tips and advice on helping you reach your goals for your teeth. This office was the reason I came back after not going for 6-8 years when I was in my teens. Leah and Kathleen have you in good hands when it comes to your regularly scheduled cleanings especially if you have dental anxiety, like me.

I find that West Brookfield Ortho has friendly, knowledgeable and efficient people. I love my ortho office! My teeth took longer than expected to correct, but it wasn’t a problem. My doctor is a perfectionist and I am so very happy with the result!

Wonderful dental office! I’ve never liked going to the dentist but I am so comfortable at this office every time I go. I love the hygienist I’ve had for the past 1.5 yrs here. She’s very thorough, super nice, and does an amazing job every time. Dr. Derek has been so wonderful too. I’ve had a filling and a crown placed and he’s done a perfect job. No single issue. I highly recommend this office! The best atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff!

My wife and I recently became patients of West Brookfield Dental. The previous dentistry we used we were unhappy with. I have found it can be hard to find a good Dentist. All of the staff I have encountered thus far I have found to be very friendly and understand and do their jobs very well. Since we have been patients (3-4 months now) we have both had numerous cleanings to get the free ones in before the year ended through our insurance. I personally had a lot of catching up due to a number of Cavities which is a combination of not seeing a dentist in years because I didn’t like the work of the one we had and hadn’t taken the time to change dentists and another reason is I have a major sweet tooth :) Since we have been with West Brookfield Dental my wife and I both agree that they have done great work. We don’t plan on Changing dentists anytime soon and I would definitely refer them to my friends and family it’s also why I’m taking the time to write this review and a lengthy one at that. I’m personally all caught up on the work that needed done, very pleased with it, and hopefully only cleanings from here on out.

This is a new dentist for me due to insurance issues. I saw this dentist twice I was very impressed with the nature that everyone handled the patients. I would recommend them to everyone.

Leah is an excellent hygienist! She was gentle and thorough. Dr. Derek was friendly and efficient. The ladies are friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, comfortable, and decorated pleasantly for Halloween. I had an excellent experience for my first visit and would highly recommend this office. 11/04/2021 A year later I am still extremely pleased. I have now had three cleanings and one filing done at West Brookfield and I am very happy. They are professional. The office is beautifully decorated and I always feel extremely comfortable. Leah is amazing as is Dr. Derek. The office staff are friendly and I will recommend West Brookfield over and over again

If you're looking for a new dentist, go here. You will not be disappointed. Lost a filling. Was not a patient. Super accommodating. They actually listened to my concerns. Clean, modern equipment and billing system. Staff were pleasant.

Everyone is so nice. If I have any questions or concerns Everyone answers or explains everything everything to me.

Kathleen was incredible! She did a very thorough job not only cleaning and checking my teeth, but also checking for oral cancer and she was kind and patient throughout the entire visit!

The whole office is amazing my son has autism had a really horrible experience with a previous dentist the staff took the time and have an amazing culture of care. The dentist is so kind and great with my son he's very knowledgeable and is willing to do what will work for each of his patients circumstances no cookie cutter factory mill type here genuine kind care
