Floor is very nice Ethan helped us choose the floor color. We are very happy to have new floors. The company very focus on the details.

They did an amazing job! We had them replace the carpet that was in our dining room with the same LVP that is throughout our home. The job was completed in a timely manner and pricing was in the middle of all the quotes I received. You never wanna go with the most expensive nor the least expensive quotes. All I can say is that I will definitely be using them for my basement flooring install.

I’m so happy to come home every day to see these floors. Man I had no idea how bad the old ones were. What an amazing crew of guys. Truly a delight to work with!!!!

Recently purchased a home that had old blue carpet everywhere. Floor Coverings International provided me a very competitive and reasonable quote to install luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the house and they were able to start installing it the day I closed on the home. For such a large amount of space (whole house except bathrooms,) it was amazing that they were able to finish within 3 days. So happy with the crew that came out and the overall outcome. Floor Coverings International did a great job re-carpeting our stairs. They also worked with some of our existing product which was a huge bonus. The whole process was smooth and easy.

Even when there was something that went wrong, they both were quick with communicating and getting someone out to fix it the issue. Love our new floors and will use them again, if we need to!

FCI of Carmel came through for us. We had a lot of subfloor issues which made our previous LVP flooring crack and separate. FCI took the time to make sure everything was fixed and level before laying down our new luxury vinyl planks. Despite all the unforeseen setbacks we’re very happy with our new floor!

We wanted to install luxury vinyl plank in our new 3 season room, but we'd had a negative experience with another local flooring company & knew we needed to find another supplier/installer. We met Ethan at FCI's booth at the Westfield Home Show and we explained our concerns re: the best way to finish the perimeter detailing (quarter round molding was not an option with the aluminum framing on 3 walls and natural brick on the 4th). He listened carefully and double-checked with his LVP installers. We ended up following his recommendation and we're very pleased with the outcome. Ethan was always on time for our appointments and kept us updated on the status of project. Terry arrived with the installers at the scheduled time and the crew worked efficiently and professionally. Final payment was not expected until we'd lived with the installation for over week and were sure there were no issues or tweaking required. Our experience with Floorcoverings International Carmel was very positive and we have no hesitation recommending them.

We cannot recommend Floor Coverings International enough! From start to finish we had the best experience. We never felt rushed or like we were just another sale. Justin took time to come out to our home multiple times and show us all of our options before we decided. He was wonderful to work with! The installation employees were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves before they left and went above and beyond by replacing a small piece of baseboard for me before they left, which was very kind. Thank you for your exemplary work! We LOVE our new floors!!!!

We replaced the carpet in our bedroom and home office with hard wood floors to match the floors in the rest of the house. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Greg came to the house for the initial consultation, the wood was ordered that day and it was delivered less than 2 weeks later. The installers came a few days after that and took out the old carpet and were able to lace the new wood into the existing floors to create a seamless transition. They cleaned up after themselves and had the whole job completed within 7 1/2 hours. The next week Greg came back to inspect the floors as is their policy. I would highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and highly professional.

We had a wonderful experience, start to finish. The owner, Terry, was responsive and helpful, and came to our home several times throughout the process to answer questions, show us products, and review costs. Benito and the installation crew were fast, respectful, and did a BEAUTIFUL job. They even helped my husband push his car out of the snow when he got stuck! The estimate was on the nose for final cost, no surprises at all Our floors are gorgeous and we couldn't be happier!

I am very pleased with my experience with Floor coverings International. I had a slab leak under my living room so my flooring was ripped up. Annie was great to work with and helped me come up with a solution to fix the flooring since my original flooring was not available. The work was done in minimal time and looked great. You can’t tell I had any original damage. I would highly recommend using them for repair or when I want to update my flooring.

I am so pleased with my second installation! And the flooring was still available and match perfectly. But what thrilled me the most was how expertly they were able to weave two flooring areas together, as if it had always been that way. Service, excellent!!!
