I think this is my first time ever leaving a review on Google... this place is just that good. The store manager always goes above and beyond to help you out and never makes you feel rushed. 10/10 would recommend going.

Staff is very helpful as well as knowledgeable of there games & products. I recommend buying games and game merchandise here.

The employees are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They are a different breed that some muggles may be put off by. Still they're demeanor is very welcoming and "noob friendly". They will answer any questions you have and then some. Great service, clean and organized and modern store. Keep up the great work!

Very satisfied with JP, he's very knowledgeable about gaming. For me not being big on games He made me want to buy everything there. He gave the good with the bad, definitely appreciated it......

I love this GameStop. I feel bad that brick and mortar stores have a tough road ahead, but establishments like this give me hope. If the company execs can figure out a solid business model going forward, Sturbridge GameStop deserves a 1up.

Almost never crowded. Good staff. Large selection of games, more card options would however be appreciated.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of gaming. They even offer discounts that I didn't even know I had because of my pro membership.
