Juvenile shop is the best! My wife and I have bought many items over the years, Juvenile has very much earned this good review!

Crib, glider/chair, clothes, multiple car seats - Juvenile has the best stuff and the entire team is super knowledgeable and helps clarify the many questions that come up as parents.

I love this place! I regret not going here when I had my first. Lauren and team answered all of my questions and set me up with the best stroller for me, my husband, newborn, and toddler. We will be back on repeat as we hit crib and car seat milestones.

This place was awesome. We are first timers and so we did tons of research online like everyone else does. But this would be a great place to push the stroller carry the car seat and actually feel the product before making the purchase. Baby stuff is not cheap. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. We test tried all the Strollers as well as seats. They don’t have tons of options when it come to company but you can easily get everything you need in this store. Very very short video.

We spent a lot of time here when my wife was pregnant and once our boy arrived. They sold us an amazing rocking chair, all of our car seats, our strollers and so much more. Koto is the man!

I got my toddler car seat here, Britax Solstice clicktight frontier and they have excellent customer service, even just by inquiring from phone.. Though its 20 miles away from home im sure to come back. They have huge selection of baby and kids stuff.

There was a mistake on the shipping address on an online order, but I was able to call the shop and speak to an actual human being who fixed it immediately! It was SO WONDERFUL to talk to someone. Added bonus was that she was also super super sweet! YAY!!!!

I went into Juvenile Shop having high hopes and I am very disappointed. My wife and I bought a dresser and crib in July, the lady who sold it both items told us the official delivery date is sometime in October but we were told both items were likely to arrive much sooner and not to worry. My wife had our baby a few weeks early, so we had to keep following up weekly because the dresser delivery got so delayed and we were stressed out. Juvenile Shop wanted to initially charge us double delivery fee to deliver the items separately because both items weren’t ready to be delivered together. We had to call over and over again to get an update on our delayed dresser, which was finally delivered on literally the last day of October. If we hadn’t stayed on top of them, no way it would have arrived in time. I am disappointed because when they sold us the two items it was communicated that they would be ready before October, I guess I was wrong to believe them. Also most frustrating is when we called the store, a woman named Debbie gave us enormous attitude and even called my wife an “anxious mom” for communicating her needs to get the items delivered so we can take care of our newborn. I suggest finding another option.
