I've been a customer for roughly 25 years or so. This hardware store has just about anything I need for most do it myself projects including most tools to get the job done. It is rare I would need to go to a second store.

Their prices are very competitive and they always have a customer service employee near by that is knowledgeable.

Although their much larger competitor is a bit closer to my home Id rather go to ace hardware because of their service and also at the same time I am supporting a local small business.

I try an support locally owned businesses when ever I can and this is one of them. It just feels homey they go out of their way to find what you need and you're not giving your money to a multi billion dollar corporation. They have what I've needed 99% of the time. So definitely go there for your hardware needs

When you need a part RIGHT NOW it’s great to see this logo anywhere ! Especially on Ventura blvd ! All the basics, tools and plumbing parts.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise in store , that helps when it’s your first visit and you don’t know where your items may be. Price For the part was good also.

Its small compared to the big box stores, but is extremely well stocked, and always seem to have exactly what I need for household repairs, no matter how odd.

This place was great. They had all the plumbing supplies i needed. Fair prices, and the cashier was nice and friendly.

convenience and selection are terrific from basic stuff and beyond. For example, no supermarket like Ralphs had Drano these last 3 weeks. Ace does have it in stock. Happy they are here in studio city neighborhood

Great type of mom and pop shop, but still fully loaded despite tight quarters. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The people there are kind . They have great customer service ! There prices might be higher than some places but there at a good advantage because homedepot is too far I hate driving all the way too Sherman way the one in north holly wood. And I can just come here were it's closer and it will save me some time . Remember time is money.
