I love the store by it self. But I like my salesman the best. Dean Ball had help me in the past many times. He knows the furniture business very well. We told him what we like . He sold us the whole house furniture for our home. Not only that . Dean even with a follow up called and see how we like the decor and furniture we bought from him. Excellent services and can’t ask for more . Best service anywhere. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help for selecting furnitures.

The experience today at this store was excellent. Everyone was super friendly that we encountered. Not pushy salespeople at all. I have to say that Kirt Thomas was one of the best furniture salesman we’ve had the pleasure of working with. We have bought many pieces of furniture over the years and have dealt with many salespeople and have to say that Kirt is one is the best. The sales experience was seamless. Frank is the best. He was not only friendly and fun, he worked exclusively within our budget and found savings we didn’t even know were possible. We came in for a couch and Frank was able to work out a finance deal that allowed us to solve another problem we had- the need for a new mattress (no pressure applied). He even threw in a bunch of extras.
I’d highly recommend asking for Frank when you come in. Honest, straight up, and a pleasure to work with.

I came in for a friend in need. A severe case of need. Ashley Furniture gave us this amazing double wide luxury leather recliner at the most amazing price. Thank you for giving back to the community. We went in looking for a couch, but didn't want to spend $4000.00. Nicholas our salesperson was patient and so laid back!! We bought a couch we love at a price we're completely comfortable with. So many options to choose from at Ashley!!

We have had great experiences at Ashley Furniture in Springdale. Our salesperson, Markeith, has outstanding customer service skills and product knowledge. We were initially just looking, and Markeith gave us personal space and time to wander through the store. After we told him what we were looking for, he showed us multiple items at different price points. Then Markeith and the Ashley team helped us get a fantastic price for our furniture. Markeith has great product knowledge about the items in the showroom and also other items online. He was very personable and respectful. We went back again and bought more furniture a second time.
We have not bought furniture in about 30 years, and my husband and I had shopped at multiple area furniture stores before ending up at Ashley. Now we won’t go anywhere else. Ask for Markeith… he is the best.

I bought all my living room furniture from Ashley furniture while pregnant with my second child 18 years ago. I read leather would last about 20 years. They did not disappoint. My leather love seat is actually still in really good condition. My couch is not. 2 kids, two adults, 5cats 18 years later it needs replaced. I know where I am going.

Ask for Kevin!!! Service from Kevin was amazing! He guided us through the store, understood our needs, was professional, patient, pleasant, and so extremely helpful in getting us the furniture that we liked and needed. Furniture was a good value.
