I love shopping at petco. The customer service is a 10/10 rate the guy that's at the pet zone where the birds and guinea pigs are at with the blue eyes and beard. (I forget his name all the time) he is excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. Always giving me tips in how yo care for my pets and suggesting the best products for my pets care. Always love to see him and talk about how my pets are doing.

We went to the groomer at Petco for the first time today and everyone was so friendly; Destiny was our groomer and she had a wonderful personality, our dog Princess loved her right away! She did a fantastic job too; our dog was a rescue from a shelter and not the cleanest…. But came out sparkling and dazzling, soft, clean, comfy and happy! She wasn’t even interested in leaving at the end 😆 I love that we will have the same groomer next time we come in and Princess will feel comfortable with her. The adorable bandana was a nice touch and even the bill looked cute lol. This was a great experience and we’re very happy!

Patrick and Brandy are the only ones my dog will let cut his nails. They are great!

Associate that helped me (Jose) was very knowledgeable and helped me to pick the right aquarium filter (Fluval fx2) for my Mbuna cichlid tank. I will definitely continue to shop the Holyoke Ma. store for my aquarium supplies.

Love my to go store for my fishes needs... love their blood worms and shrimp frozen food and every time I go... best believe I get frozen food and live aquarium plants beside anything else

Went to petco to buy my kiddos a bday present. Lexi the women who helped us was wonderful! Help me find everything I needed and so much more! She helped me keep it a secret while still shopping with my son.
We have a chameleon already, so he just thought we were getting him a new home but now he's happy to have added skillet to the family. Thanks Lexi for all your help! Went above and beyond to help me stay in my budget.

I normally go to PetSmart Chicopee , but Sunday I had to work at the mall & I figured why not stop at petco!? I showed up 15 minutes before the store was closed , kiara was at the register & was willing to help me find things for my puppy! She came over helped me find my items , price matched everything she could & signed me up for the rewards program ❤ Jose was upfront helping her check me out and get everything together. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a pet store , never mind a pet store that was about to close ! Thank you Kiara and Jose for being amazing

I buy my cat's Sold Gold brand cat food here. Great holistic blend for a super picky cat like mine. Try the Chicken & Egg.

Drove 35 minutes to the store and part of my order was not available, manager was outstanding finding me a comparable product. Grooming manager took her time to give me recommendations on how to use it. Cashier was also excellent. Will definitely recommend this store.

Petco has made extra efforts to keep items in stock. I recognize this especially with sale items. My experience is that it is easy using their website to locate a store that has the item and is within reasonable range. This has not been the case with many stores with the supply chain issues.
