Last time I came in was about a month ago when I went to get South Park snow day. I forgot the guy’s name who was ringing me out, but he was a very by the book person. Asked me for my ID. Told me everything I needed to know about the game being rated M and so on but it didn’t really bother me. I’m only bringing this up in case others may disagree which I don’t get to this day. And of course, Luis is always a great employee to come across and talk video games with!

Wish there was a place to leave a view for the corporate world of game stop to see!

Husband and I had an amazing experience thanks to Luis. Super friendly, knowledgeable and time efficient! Haven't been to a game stop in a long time but will most definitely be back to this one. Thanks again Luis!

Huge thank you to Luis for saving my boys Christmas. After am aweful experience with Target in Hadley, this man came through big in finding PS5s for my two boys. Please take care of this guy, he is a blessing to your organization. This was the definition of customer service.

I always love me some time honored gaming fun! The Holyoke Mall in Holyoke Mass has an extremely helpfull staff packed with positive rapport. From The Electronics Boutique..to EB Games..onward Gamestop..I'll come visit you guys more than I visit my family..haha.. I'm always happy when I leave this place because I have been looked out for and will always be taken care of. No biological family can guarantee that! Gamestop will you adopt me! :-)

After GameStop Online canceled me order, I made a 130mile round trip because this was the closest location with the item I had purchased. The manager and associate had no issue in matching the price and honoring the order. Was in and out without any hassle.

Customer service is usually good. I would not like a world without this kind of gamestore. Sure most and often times it seems like they are ripping you off but just imagine a world without em. I cant. A place where a kid, young man, and mature people can go and browse and buy👍

Not always at gamestop, but never had a problem. Seem to find whatever i need if buying anything.

I love going to Gamestop. Especially the Holyoke Mall one. They are great and very helpful. I wish they had a bigger store in the mall, but I've never had trouble looking for what I needed.

Very very helpful staff. Almost 0 wait time. Great experience. You can tell they love their job.

The staff is super friendly and they helped get everything i needed, but it’s a small store and very cramped around the holidays.

The people that worked there were really nice. They have alot of game choices, older and newer game systems.

Employee was excellent, store was clean, HODL.
