Why do we love certain books? Movies? Music? Restaurants? Do we always remember the plot? Nope. But we definitely remember the people...good or bad, we remember the people and how we were affected by them. And, there's the hook.
I have been with the Lake Serene Bartell Drugs pharmacy and inside-store for over ten years and cannot say enough nice things about their people, with their personalized care, thoughtfulness and well-educated professionalism. Even when I'd moved to Gold Bar for half a year, I intentionally kept my business with this specific Bartells because of the way their people handled my health and overall well-being. I trust their work and truly appreciate that they go above and beyond to ensure my health needs are accurately and kindly met. Thank you, Lake Serene Bartells People, for always, always, always having my best interests in mind.

Staff are to the point, but pretty professional. Kyle, the pharmacist, is very knowledgeable about meds and interactions. There are only 2 people who are rude in the pharmacy. However the rest of the staff are amazing. Overall, 5 stars. Ty for great service for my family for 15 years!

Largest drug store I've ever been to! Has much more than regular pharmacy stuff. Huge selection of everything. Employees are very helpful and seem to be happy or great at pretending. I haven't had prescriptions filled here, so not sure how well that part functions. I highly recommend this location!

Purchased an item and accessories for that item. When I got home the item was missing a key component that was advertised as included in the box. When I brought it back to the store for an exchange, we realized that someone had taken the same component out of the remaining items. At this point I had decided to go home, get the accessories, and return it all. When I got back to the store the second time, the gentleman helping me out told me that he and the store manager had decided to upgrade me to a newer version of the item at no extra charge. They really went the extra mile to make sure I left with a positive experience. The staff here is usually friendly, but this was an unexpected and welcomed surprise.

We recently went for a travel medicine consultation at the Lake Serene location and the pharmacist, Kyle Fowler, was phenomenal! He went through our information meticulously, called for clarification, we had a healthy back and forth regarding the choices we were making, he caught a few vaccines that we had missed (we thought we had gotten them already and he actually checked our state health records to verify!), offered us options he thought we might need...all of this was done in a way that we felt listened to, and without being coerced to make specific choices.

Since there were three of us getting multiple/different shots and prescriptions, his organization skills were also commendable. He took his time to explain each item, do's and don'ts, and made sure we didn't have any lingering questions.

Honestly his level of detail was way more thorough than anything we have previously gotten from our regular doctor's office. As a matter of fact we had just had a not-so-pleasant experience at the doctor's office, so working with Kyle was that much more appreciated. We will be coming here for all our future travel needs.

Was able to schedule my flu shot on line with no problems, and received it this am with minimal waiting. The pharmacist who gave it was very pleasant, organized, and gave a pain-free injection. Thank you, Sue!

Amazing store, you can always spot me there. Great service from the cashiers, especially the older asian woman and the younger asian woman. They’re really nice and the younger one has good makeup.

This has been my neighborhood drug store for 20 years and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Been to this pharmacy multiple times, better attitude than other pharmacies in the area. There are times when it gets busy, but people are helpful and ready to help.

I did a walk in to get a flu shot. I was out of there in fifteen minutes!

My family has Been coming here for years. Great place and if there are any medication issues (rarely) they can explain and help solve the issue plus they call us personally if there is any important information related to prescriptions

This Company has suported Greater Seattle for about a 100 years. Good for prescriptions and all those other items that you need in one place and reasonably priced.
