Sunoco Gas Station

Just stopped (09/16/23) to get gas at this place. I noticed the numbers were running without any gas being pumped. I recorded it. I went inside to speak what a manager or a cashier and the owner (seems like) came up with an attitude, asking me why a waited for so long to try to stop the pump (even though it wasn’t pumping any gas but the numbers kept running up). I tried to stop it, suddenly I went go get my phone and it stopped. He said they closed pump #01 and they were watching all others. It was a hassle to get my money back or even an apology. He almost sweared at me and stopped half way once I questioned how he cares about his customers. I did a research and it’s illegal in MA to get charge extra for credit card payers since 2022. So, can you image how much more money they are making over this scam? No one knows if the right amount of gas is being pumped! We can be getting way less gas from what the numbers are showing. Also, no refunding over unfair charged customers?? The law has been broken and I’m waiting on what’s the police charge is gonna be. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY COST.

Went to pic up a can of dip the guy charged my wife 20 buck for one can when I know that its 9 dollars i went back in to confront him that he over charged my wife and he hid and locked the door when he saw me coming I knocked on the door told him I could see him hiding behind the counter he finally came out I told him he over charged my wife for my can of chew he said no its 20 dollar for one can I told him no its not I just came hear 2 days ago and it was 9 dollars you trying to tell me it jumped in price that much in 2 days?? He told me very rudly that this is mass not new Hampshire prices are higher witch I know cuz I live here but chew is not 20 dollars a can he wunt refund me the extra that he took from me nor gave me another can which would have equaled the 20 dollars then he told me to get off his property or he'll call the cops and slammed the door in my face. I will never ever go there again not happy at all that ur employees or boss who ever it was stole from me 😡😡😡

Good location, But the person working there her name (DEB) who work at evening shift is the worst no talking manners, rude talk. Becare full she play lottery behind your back after you buy and is very jelous if you win money like 50$ or 100$ or 500$ and She will be arrogant with people with different race except people or the person she knows.

Other employees are good.

Recommend avoid evening time to go there if that lady is working. This Women need lesson in Customer Care.
