McDonald's

I go here at 5am most days when they open for coffee, and the manager lady is very nice and always does my order well even though she most likely just got there. Thank you nice manager lady

Exceptional restaurant, maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly, quality customer service that all fast-food and most restaurants alike could benefit from adapting. As a business owner, I look for the A's of a business, starting with "Atmosphere." Walking in the restaurant was very clean, smelled pleasant (not bleached) and was bright and "Appealing!"
My wife and I being first time customers to this McDonalds were greeted with an upbeat and welcoming "Attitude" without any pushy pressure to decide on what we wanted to order or being directed to the McD's in store kiosk to place our order. Rarely a fan of fast food and unfamiliar with the breakfast menu options, my wife and I were unsure what meals and deals were available? "Acknowledging" my wife and I having difficulty figuring things out, our server Sabrina pleasantly offered us some helpful "Advice" and suggestions we could decide from.
Sabrina was patient with us and very pleasant while ordering our meals. It was clear to us her Asst. Manager Tina(?) expedited with experience, encouraging her crew and ensuring close "Attention" was given to each order (not just ours) to ensure it would be prepared and severed promptly and exactly as ordered.
With the restaurant being so clean and the "Ambiance" being bright and upbeat in the restaurant we chose to dine inside which is rare for us with a Fast Food place. Our meals were prepared and served perfectly as ordered and we enjoyed our hot and delicious breakfast in a restaurant that is a cut "Above" the rest! Looking at all the "Accomplished A's" of this restaurant and it's employees, they are deserving of the greatest "A" that says it all for any business and this McDonald's in Belchertown, MA... "Awesome!"

On the way home, my passenger* asked me to pull into this McDonald's. [*He is a disabled homeless vet who's been struggling with having enough to eat.]

As I walked in to use the restroom, I saw the passenger speaking to the young man at the cash register. The cashier was giving the vet some money from his wallet and saying he likes to help people.

I don't know how much the employee was generous enough to share, but I was impressed with the kindness he showed the man from my car.

All the people here recommend stuff to try and really go above the call. The manager (in blue on the left) took extra effort when my friend scraped her car into the building to make sure we were all ok. His name is Josiah (I've only ever heard the name not seen it spelled). The dude in the window with his thumb up is an excellent soul pushing through the fast food life and I only see the best for a lot of the people moving through this McDonald's when it comes to integrity. Convenience comes through their hard work so please do not take it for granted and enjoy your food ^^

A great mcdonalds. Very clean and the food was delicious. That being said, things haven't been great for me recently. Falling behind on bills has really caught up to me. Other McDonald's could learn a thing or two from here!

if this is the McDonald's at Belchertown MA then you're in for a treat, the professionals that work here do their best you will not be disappointed with your decision to visit here

Had to wait a couple minutes for breakfast in the afternoon because they had to get all the stuff together, which is completely understandable at 2:30pm. The people working there were all incredibly sweet, including the man working the drive through. Best experience at any McDonald's I've ever been to!

Ware has about the best McDonald's in the area...

Crew person was on his game, got me everything I asked for and was prompt, plus food was hot enough to go.

This place has really improved alot. The staff are really friendly, food is quicker except for the whole fresh meat approach which takes so long to cook. But other then that everything is rolling alot smoother and is alot more enjoyable to be in. I take my daughter there often so ive seen the ups and downs. The day managers are really working hard at making things run well. I applaud all the positive changes ive seen. The friendliness of the staff is amazing you all.. cant find that everywhere these days. There is always a problem in every restaraunt but the atmostphere and attitudes are what i look at right off that bat and these people pass ;)

Great coffee at a value. I cannot speak for the other menu items. The staff and management operate with the highest integrity. They are also kind and courteous to seniors.

I wouldn't really consider this a review but seriously I feel really bad for the people who suffer from McDonald's that don't even try their very best but my McDonald's are literally the best in Belchertown,MA! I'M SERIOUS THEIR SERVICES OWN PRETTY MUCH ANY RESTAURANTS NEARBY!

They are fast. And friendly. I never got my breakfast so fast before. Definitely had to give them 5⭐

I dropped my ice cream cone in the parking lot as I was juggling carrying my lunch, change, etc. I told them about it and they gave me a new one for free. Very nice of them.

The morning crew on 6/3/17 are awesome. Polite, food was correct and fresh and good. Crew was professional and polite.

Remodeled store is way better then the old one! Only downfall is being buzzed in the bathroom

The people that work there are very nice and hard workers the food was great. Will definitely go again. The place was very clean and nice
