CVS Pharmacy

Every time I visit I have a good experience. The pharmacy staff are great. On my most recent visit there Rachelle helped me and she was fantastic. She was very friendly and helped me answer all my questions when I picked up my father's medicine. Kevin the supervisor was great, too.

The CVS store in Belchertown excels in customer service, especially their Pharmacy Department. I am most impressed with the personal attention that I have received and how they strive to meet my needs. It’s nice to be treated so well!

Terrible website. They send out way to many emails. Constantly bothering you with questions you already answered.

I have been going to CVS in Sturbridge for years without a problem. The one in Belchertown is horrendous. I had to repeatedly go there for my prescription and it was not ready. I spoke with one of the pharmacists to let her know that I was unhappy and considering going to another pharmacy and her response was “go ahead.” The place is also very unclean and in disarray. The general impression I received is that they just don’t care at CVS in Belchertown.

I used this pharmacy for 2 years and got nothing but a hassle. The employees are rude and seemingly incompetent. On several occasions I called ahead after the Dr sent the prescription and gave them hours and hours to get the prescription ready bud every time without fail, the prescriptions aren't ready. I avoid CVS in Belchertown when possible!
