I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps. The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.

I have been going in for years. I bring pre-paid parcels in regularly and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Attitude is important, and if you have a good one, they will to, even when they are busy. That has been my experience.

Thank you to John Marshall his the nicest and sweetest person they have working for the United States Post office in the offices and on the phone lines. I highly recommend him I’m from New York (manhattan), but I thank god John Marshall got my case for missing mail he was very sweet and respectful and followed up with me twice for my lost package. John put my worried mind at ease that it would be found and followed up with me today that my package was found scanned and on it’s way to it’s destination in Belchertown. I’m very thankful for John Marshall helping me he is an angel. I wish John Marshall a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Thus has been a tough season for everyone. The B'town staff has gone above and beyond for my family including my disabled father in law. In today's icy rain my wife slipped and the carrier got out and checked on her and helped her up. Thanks to all the B'town staff

I normally leave good reciews only but this post office was horrible except the front clerks. A bald man with glasses and a woman named courtney. Everyone and everything else... was trash services. Including the post master

The post master James Tisdell is very unprofessional. He has a bad attitude and clearly needs to be retrained

This is the rudest Post Office that I have ever been to. I run a business and drop off packages daily with no problem. Today 12/1/2020 at around 3:30 I stopped to drop off 22 packages. This was after I drove by earlier and the line was long. When I brought my parcels in there was no one in line. I had to run out to my car 3 times. They had 2 people working the counter. Amy who waited on me and this very rude girl Brenda. As I was running in and out Brenda left her window and line line was 4 people long. Brenda returns to the counter and tells me I need to come earlier and drop off my packages and then come back for the receipt. Then she starts telling me I can only bring in 10 parcels. I work another job so I get there when I can. I pay hundreds of dollars on postage to be treated this way! Seems like Brenda does like her job and maybe should not work the counter! I feel I should not have to come back for a receipt when I am already there. As it is I have customers looking for parcels that have been shipped out for over 2 weeks with no updates. All my parcels are 2-3 day shipping and half of them don't arrive on time. How do you expect me to trust someone to scan my parcels. Amy didn't say a word during this out break from Brenda. I have been to other post offices and had great service! So much for customer service! One bad apple ruins it for everyone. With Xmas right around the corner they better get some new counter help or transfer the bad apple Brenda to Springfield!

Every week I will get the latest 7 - 8 mails which are addressed to a different house. Same with my mails. We even lost 2 packages. No point of complaining, we did it multiple times. Once I received a mail which should have delivered to a totally different street address. The most recent experience I had was a package sent from the post office (Even I purchased the box) returned saying postage not paid.

So disgusted with this post office and home delivery. In general most employees act like we owe them something. Trust me that if our government allowed competition, I would be using the competition. As it is when I'm not functioning with a broken leg, I use the Granby post office. Yesterday and today I have not been able to hobble out to the mailbox to get mail due to weather. I looked out and sure enough the mail carrier shoved today's mail in the box pushing yesterday's mail out the rear of the box and who knows if any of it is now in the snow. I'm sure they will have an excuse for such garbage handling of mail, They are never at fault according to them.

Nothing like finding a re-delivery slip in your mailbox claiming that your driveway is not plowed when in fact it IS plowed. Hey, I have an idea, next time USPS driver doesn't feel like getting out of the car, they should just honk - we'll come out and fetch our own mail.
