I just love this store and all the girls who work there! Each one is very attentive, always gives advice, tells about existing promotions, very nice and friendly! Huge selection, low prices, almost all popular products can be purchased with a 50% discount. I recommend this store to all my friends and I enjoy going there myself!

This store is amazing! Everybody that works here including the Manager, Jennifer is super sweet and knowledgeable! The have a wide variety of products to choose from and offer great service. They run exciting deals as well which I love and they are always willing to help you! Jennifer is a perfect fit for the store. If you need anything go to her, she knows her stuff and will spend that one on one quality time with you to make sure you get the right products that fit your needs and put a smile on your face!

I am a regular and always have great time and this particular location in WI along as well as the other locations in IL. They are kind and caring to our family. The team have a strong brand knowledge and very accomodating with my request.

Had a pleasant experience at the store today. The ladies are very helpful answering questions. They are very patient too...I can't tell you how many times I heard customers ask "how much does this cost?" It's a pleasure to shop here & get such quality cosmetics at such a good price.

I had an excellent customer service experience with this store, and I cannot thank their manager Mayling enough! I had an issue with my purchase, (ended up with the wrong product), which I didn’t realize until I got back home. I live several hours away down in Illinois, so called the store to see if there was anything that could be done.

Once I got a chance to speak with Mayling, she went through the situation with me step by step to see how she could remedy the issue. She took extra time and effort to help me while also handling a busy store, which I really appreciated. She also went to great lengths to find the correct product for me in their inventory.

I worked in retail for over a decade, and I know that it can be challenging to help a customer over the phone while you have a busy floor full of customers. Any time Mayling needed to call me back, she did so quickly as promised, and had great follow-up throughout the entire process.

Mayling went above and beyond to make sure that I ended up with the correct product. I was very impressed and greatly appreciated her fantastic customer service. Thank you so much again!

I had to buy a present for my boss, a man who has everything. I went into the Cosmetic store and the kindest person named Jennifer took her time to educate me and help pick out yhe perfect gift for my boss. I chose your Clinigue skin care package and a bottle of Tom Ford cologne. It was a hit, my boss loved it. Thank you Jennifer for all your help and taking your time with me. I had a perfectly good experience at this store. It was clean, laid out well, and the signage about the different prices were clearly labeled. All the products, even the testers, looked in good shape. The cashiers were very pleasant.

I went to this store to pickup an order for my wife, I was greeted by a salesperson that asked if I needed help, I explained that I was there to pickup a phone order, I was directed to the checkout where I was greeted by the new manager the order was ready and the manager took the time to explain what products to use AM and PM and marked them for me. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism and I will return

All these reviews about 'customer service' is making my brain itch!
They are not sales associates. I don't want to call them go-fer's, but that's literally what they're there to do.
You browse, carouse, test if you want & pick your item.
All tubes/compacts/fragrances/lotion, etc. that are out ARE TESTERS.
If a brand-new-in-box is not with the testers, THATS when you bring the tester item to the counter & they go & grab a BNIB -for you-, thats what the girls do.

I've been going to this outlet for over 17 YEARS & that's how I know what to do.
This is a store-front to off-load Artemis brand cosmetic lines that are 2-4mos after 'release' & you can pick up favorites, limited ed., online sell outs & discontinued colors here AT MINIMUM 20%-40% their counter prices. I go there for my MAC, Bumble & Bumble, Tom Ford, LaMer.
I was just up there April 2018 & on top of the standard discount, they had additional 40% Off $100 & 50% Off $150! I got MAC eyeshadow & mascaras for $6.80. Tom Ford's Cream/Powder eye that $60, I picked up for $33. Ridiculously good.
