Owner and staff are Awesome. I often stop at other shops (62) to compare prices, nobody is cheaper. Clean and always updating with new products . A+

Desi is definitely part of the reason my partner and I go to this shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Super honest about the flavors and so far, she's never steered us wrong!

Only place I'll ever go. The owner (older guy) I think, is always awesome to me, helps me find everything I need, keeps prices reasonable.

And Dezz (dark haired girl) is completely awesome too. Always friendly, I always end up buying stuff from her recommendations and it's always totally worth it. She's the best, be sure to keep her!

I drive to this shop from Richfield, even though I have a smoke shop 4 blocks away from my home. The customer service is amazing, the prices can not be beat, the store is always clean. Very friendly environment.

When I came here, the customer service was top notch! Peyton helped me find all of the things I needed and answered every single question I had. She was super knowledgeable on every item I asked about in the store and did it all with a smile on her face!

I don't live in Rosemont, but I'll only go here! The gentleman there treated me like family, I wasn't sure what I wanted, and he found something perfect for me like he had known me my whole life. Absolutely wonderful customer service! Trust me, you have to go here!

i love this shop so much! Dezzi helped me out and still made it quick and easy . She’s also super polite and we have some good conversations every time i stop in.

He has the nest humidor I have seen in a long time! It's not huge but its one of the only places in the area i trust to take care of the cigars properly. The humidity is perfect and so are the cigars. His prices are amazing and he is always helpful with whatever i need. Cant speak highly enough of this store and I will be a consistent customer due to his exceptional products and customer service!

I went to this store to buy E-cigarette the employee there very friendly, kind and he has a very good castumer service! I like this store prices I got my E-cigarette prices cheaper than anywhere else I highly recommend this store. I would give them more than 5 stars rates if possible. Everything I need I can find it in this store and if I didn't locate what I need they get it for me within 1 day. Good luck and keep it up like that you guys deserve the best. Thank you very much!

love this shop. i went in for a disposable vape and the girl working Payton was so nice. she explain to me so well all of the different products and i ended up walking out with three different disposables. will definitely go back to see Payton

Great smoke shop. Truly the best one around the area. Employees are great. The new girl, I think her name is Peyton, is a great hire. Very friendly, professional and knows her stuff.

I live in Minneapolis but will drive out to Rosemount for this specific smoke shop any day! Clean, fully stocked, affordable prices. This is the best smoke shop in the Twin Cities by far 🤩

great shop helpful workers (especially dezz) she couldnt have been more welcoming to me because im fairly new and dont know much about vapes. but she made me feel at home and taught me a little bit about how the vape that i bought worked so i didnt break it.

Came in the other day and was genuinely surprised at how nice the place was and how helpful the employees were, had a girl names Dez help me out and answer some questions i had and ended up walking out with a handful of things, definitely recommend.

Peyton the worker had amazing customer service, helped me find everything I needed with a great posititive attitude. Definitely come back just for her!
