Ethan gave me excellent customer service today. And I'm not surprised but very impressed. I am a newer customer. I've been popping in every so often to this location.
And today I finally had some questions. Ethan was able to answer all of them. Gave me even a little bit more information. So that I knew when to come in. And for what kind of specials. He was knowledgeable about the strains. It's appreciated.
Ethan has helped me a couple other times before. Every time he's friendly and helpful.
There was a lady manager who was also very professional and funny one day. She was understaffed and it was busy. She handled it very well. She seems very capable. That's also appreciated.
I've been in customer service for 27 years. I've helped run small a business and now essentially run my own small business.
I know what goes into hiring people who can provide good customer service.
I've had a few interactions with other employees and they've all been positive.
That says a lot about who your hiring manager is or the owner themselves. Thank you for providing me with good customer service I rarely receive.

I just love these folks. Everyone is super nice, it's always a mellow space to step into, prices are great and I've never left disappointed. In fact, quite the opposite. It's not that this store has stuff others don't, it's that the people who work there are just so damn nice and really create a pleasant sense of local community and small business. Maybe it's just because I go in a couple times a week and that I live close by but honestly I would out of my way (if I had to) to give these folks my weed money. No doubt.

Well sorry if it's the incorrect spelling but Hailey legitimately made my day today. Asked for a recommendation on a product, she pointed it out, I ended up getting 2... shared one with my dad for his fathersday present, her recommendation was a serious show stopper. I love this company, I shop at all of their locations. I'm home sick, and had to use the online ordering for my mom to pick up. I am extremely upset with my first online order. Their descriptions are inaccurate, and I ended up with a bunch of product that does not work for me. They had CBN (or sleep-aid) joints listed as CBD (pain relief). They had hybrid joints listed as full indica. Besides that I was told that if they didn't have something you ordered, they'd pick the next closest thing. I am going to have to send someone back to the store and spend more money to get the right products.

Love this place the people are so helpful if you don't really know what you need to help yourself at that time all you need to do is explain your symptoms like bad stomach and anxiety or you need something to take a little pain away that your having and believe it or not there is a little cure for every symptom that we all may be having, and they will bring you a couple different choices for your symptom a leave it up to you but honestly if you don't know or understand the people behind the counter will be more than happy to pick the very best for your need. I truly will and have RECOMMENDED this place to many.

from out of town, but I stopped in here twice and both times were super great. bought a nice piece for a sweet deal (someone wanted to buy it off me later that day lol too) and the tenders' suggestions were niiiiiice. I liked both of my experiences and would definitely return if I'm around again.

Great prices wonderful employees. They got nice big nugs, lots of selections. Lots of bud with toppers sugar leaves clipped I rate 5 cause I like their selection compared to other stores this south. I find the more north the better the selection, but I found this honey hole and I'm sucking all the honey for myself. Until that is people find out how good their bud is ha lol
