The UPS Store

Kudos to the employees who kept their cool when a customer dropped off several trash bags full of heavy, bulky packages in front of the counter then walked out the door without giving a thought to the staff member who then had to lug all of the bags onto the counter to scan. Luckily there were several customers in the store who pitched in to assist. I guess this guy is more important than the rest of us so is entitled to dump and go without a thought as to what the store staff might have to do to take care of his packages and make sure they arrive at their destination promptly and intact. In my experience at this location, despite the crowds and lines, the staff remain courteous and efficient and deserve to be treated with more respect. Thank you for doing your job!

I have been a mailbox customer with the location for the better part of 10 years (made the transition from their last address). They have been so kind and thoughtful ...helping me in every way they could through some hard times for my family.
If you m=need mail services in the area: this is the place to come.
They are professional, well-trained and offer guidance on who best to send important documents and packages.

This store absolutely DOES NOT deserve all these 1-star reviews because you have to wait in line. I've been to 2 other locations who REFUSE to give me a receipt for my Amazon drop-off, one location, the owner was rude and obnoxious. THIS IS THE ONLY UPS STORE between Lewis Center all the way to Westerville that actually provides good service and doesn't give you a hassle when asking for a receipt. Perhaps the long line is because everyone is doing the same thing that I do! Go where the service is good. Trust me.. waiting in line is nothing compared to terrible service and a refusal of a receipt for Amazon. I will gladly wait in line just for the fact I know that when I get to the counter, I will be treated as a valued customer.

I just witnessed customer service at its finest. Despite the store having a long line of customers, Ashley P took the time to explain to an elderly woman next steps. Ashley also took care of my transaction. She remained calm, upbeat and gave each person her undivided attention. Kudos to Ashley P.

I love going to this UPS Store. Even when they are busy, the staff is friendly and patient. You know that, when it is your turn, you will be treated with the care and attention you deserve. I appreciate good customer service and this is always great customer service.

There is always a line, but it goes down very quickly because the employees they have at this location are quick, knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful! Thanks guys!

The store was clean and well maintained. There is a slight sense to urgency to complete tasks and manage customer line-ups. This was a good thing to see, because despite being polite and courteous the associate did not waste time completing the transaction with me, and ushering me out of line to help the next customer. I think I was done with the utmost professionalism and that is important in a service which is about help someone and moving on to the next customer. Thanks for the fast and convenient service.

I came in today to pick up an order of copies to make funeral cards for my father-in-law. They had cut them in half for me, I didn't even ask them to! That little gesture saved me so much time on a less-than enjoyable task. Thank you.

The folks that work in this office are amazing!! Always pleasant, efficient, just a joy to interact with. Everything I've ever needed (printing, shipping, returns)... The employees in this office have made it easy and enjoyable! Thank you for your positive attitudes and willingness to help your customers any way you can.

I arrived at the UPS store 752 North State Street and received Excellent Service from Ashley she is very friendly, knowledgeable and she went over and above to assist me with bringing my large box into the UPS store. I always take my packages to this location the staff is very nice, friendly and understanding and will go the extra mile to help you, the sore is always clean. It is a Busy store some people just have to be patient, just think if it was you that they were taking care of just be patient.

Professional and efficient … wouldn’t trust anyone else to manage my personal shipping.

This is the BEST store and staff. It’s clean, organized, they always provide exceptional customer service and make my experience in the store smooth and always positive. I literally walk out from mailing a package or using their notary services in a better mood than when I entered the store. Ashley has a positive upbeat service oriented personality (always) and truly cares about what you need. Today she went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind. Friendly staff, quick processing even when busy.

I probably go to this store at least once every other month to complete Amazon returns and it’s typically the same 1-4 staff members And they are fantastic every time! They are always in a happy and helpful mood and the customers are always so verbally appreciative of their good nature and efficiency. It’s sad to say, but customer service and just genuinely kind people are often difficult to find these days, so it truly warms my heart to have such a positive experience each and every time. Thanks to the entire team at this location!
