These guys are a great help. As soon as I walk in the door they ask me how I'm doing and if there's anything they can help me with. They always help me find everything I need and find me the best value for what I want.

Decent selection of fasteners and hardware for some higher end DIY projects. Quality is better than what you'd find at a bigger box store. However, I purchased $20 worth of 316 S.S. 1/4-20 hardware for a project around the house. Figured out I could use something I already had, so I called to return my purchase. The baggies were unopened, but was told I couldn't return them because, "We don't accept returns on small stuff." Verbatim.

First experience with Fastenal and I'm not impressed. I'll go to an online supplier next time who treats a customer like a customer regardless of order size.
