T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I Went there to switch from Verizon to t-mobile and the knowledgeable manager Morgan was able to set me up with a clever plan that would help me recover the $800 I was going to be losing with Verizon because of the switch. Morgan went out of her way to drive to the NH store in order to secure items to be given to me that day rather than order them. She also had other personnel assist in getting everything set up and getting the rebates immediately submitted. All in all, it's the best service I have ever received at a cellphone company and I highly recommend this independent store. Kudos to the manager and employees there.

I am just saying a big thank you to nayeli. She is the sweetest person I meet since this year begun. I came in very low but I have gone so happy because she has this magic with just making everything go away. Thank you so much mama for putting a smile my face😍😘

You will get one of the best customer service here. The team in the store is always polite and helpful. They are very patient and resolves your issues.

The showroom is ver big and you get a lot of display models here. You will get your work done here.

I initially gave this store 1/5 starts due to an awful customer service experience. However, I was surprisingly taken back by the level of respect and care provided by Yuri and Anthony today. They both went out of their way to accommodate my family and address their needs. It is a testament to the store's ability to change and provide quality service. I will return and recommend it to others!

I came into the store in need of a new phone as well as a new plan.
Daniel hooked me up big time.
He helped me set up a new phone plan quick and easy and offered me an AMAZING deal on a Google Pixel 6 that I honestly couldn't refuse.
Super friendly dude, he even put my phone screen protector on for me.
I couldn't recommend him more for your customer service needs.
He makes me more than happy to have T-Mobile as my service provider.

Daniel was awesome. He spent a lot of time with customer service fixing a technical issue with my new IPhone 7 watch. He wouldn’t give up till it was fixed. Highly recommend.

Michelle is a wonderful and pleasant Manager I definitely enjoyed my time with her ! I SPENT NO MONEY and left with new phone , she helped with all my passwords , and was not bothered at all . SHE MADE SURE my time time her was great and made sure I was up to date for the migration from sprint to t-mobile. HIGHLY recommend her

Saw the reviews so I came to this store to switch over from Verizon to T-mobile, I was not disappointed. Tranae is way to overqualified for her job! Happy she is here though because the amazing service both her and cliff delivered was unmatchable. 20/10!

Michelle was so friendly and helpful. I was stressed out and she was so sweet saying " don't worry we'll figure it out". She helped me find exactly what I want and she didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, then she took care of everything. It was the best experience buying a phone, I had went to Metro for help first but they acted like they couldn't be bothered and told me it would cost way more. I will definitely be going back to Tmobile on drumhill rd. Everyone should ask for Michelle!

I dealt with Tranae 2 yrs ago and she was so helpful. She went over and beyond to help me... I came into the store today and was very happy to see her friendly face again!!! She did not disappoint once again... she’s probably the best worker I’ve dealt with they sprint!!!

Some of the best customer service I'e experienced anywhere from the entire team. Been working with Cliff since I've been a coming here (give this man a raise ASAP), Jacob is was helpful the one time I had him help me, and Tranae is one of the best managers I've come across at any business. I enjoy coming in to speak with them in general because they're all cool people and give me incentive to stay with T-Mobile because I don't know how customer service would be elsewhere. This is a phone carriers superteam right here!

Great customer service! Very clean store and nice layout. Tranae was nice enough to tak time out of her day to help put on a new screen protector. She was extremely nice and very helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store for my next T-Mobile phone/devices.
